Not a pleasant experience for an online shopper. Came across Dress My Bump while in search for a maternity dress for my wife. I purchased an item with my credit card and received a confirmation email. Not ten minutes later, I received an email that my purchase was refunded. It took over 24 hours to reach someone at the store, which does not even have a greeting set up on their voicemail. The woman I finally spoke with told me condescendingly that the item I purchased was a pre-order item and that I should have known to call the store first. She said once my card was refunded I could try again. I asked if she could go ahead and order it now since I needed the item to arrive in time for our anniversary. She said she would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. Never did. Oh, and my card was never refunded. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Never received an apology from the owner and they never sought to retain my business despite polite attempts to reach them via phone and email.
