Received a notification to pick up an item I ordered online. In the message it stated what time the store closed and that my order was ready to pick up. After work I went straight to the store and it was 2 hours before posted time. Unfortunately they were working on inventory and had all doors locked(which I'm not mad about). But very unfortunate to have a wasted trip but even more unfortunate that when I tried to get employees attention to ask a question I was completely ignored until finally someone turned around and yelled towards me that they cant let anyone in. Clearly I see that but it would have been nice to just answer my question on when I can pick up my order. So in order for me to get the question answered I had to call the store even though there were people within feet of me. I just felt like it could have been handled differently with better customer service. read more

I've limited a lot of my shopping due to Covid to places that have curbside pickup. I tried out Old Navy's curbside pickup at this Old Navy location. I was pleased with my experience. From the time I placed my order online to the time I was alerted that my order was ready to pick up was faster than any other place I've done curbside pickup from. Seriously. It was that fast. Very impressed. You just pull up to one of the two designated spots in front of the store and call the store number and they bring out your item. They do check for ID so have that ready. Hopefully they always answer the phone as promptly as they did during my curbside visit even when they may be busier in the future. My only two gripes are: 1) I wish they had more options in sizes for curbside pickup 2) I wish they offered up curbside pickup at all the stores. I would probably be shopping more at Old Navy if they did. read more

I love this Old Navy location. Great parking and lots of great clothes for my 8 & 11 year olds. Was there today and Caitlin was super helpful. I wasn't able to purchase everything I wanted today and she very kindly and politely put everything aside for me. This store is located in The Forum at Peachtree. While I used to shop at Old Navy quite frequently, my in store experiences are much rarer now. While I often shop for my toddler son, I don't shop as much for myself. I do love their leggings and their Luxe line though. I find their regular prices to be too high so I therefore wait for sales. There were a couple items I wanted in store, but they didn't have my size. Urgh. I then bought them online. Shopping experience is rather quick, but the wait to pay takes a while. read more

Came in to purchase the pixie pants but the store price is $10 more than online. I can purchase online and pickup in store for $10 less but they can't honor the same pants for the online price while in store. Why have a customer go outside buy online and turn back around to walk into the store to get the discount? Why make the customer jump through all the hoops? Called customer service to give the feedback the shopping experience was full of friction and made it harder for me as a customer to shop. I was given the analogy that the reason GAP and ON has this policy is due to offset the cost of doing business varies state by state. In which I replied that would only make sense if I was ordering online and the pants were coming from a fulfillment center in say VA or another state but not if the pants are being picked from the same store I am standing in. In fact I'm saving the company money by picking out the items myself vs having to pay an employee to pick the order. Circular logic makes my head spin!!! read more

Thus store is always junky. It seems as if they do not have enough people to clean up. The line is always long. The racks are messed up and the staff seem unbothered. I get the "twilight zone" feeling in thus store. They need better management and better selections! read more

YES, WE HAVE COTTON! This store is huge and can easily outfit the entire family. I was really impressed with the kids department which runs the width of the store. Boys are on the left and girls are on the right. They have cute little everyday outfits and I love the girl's jumper dresses. Don't forget to check out the sneakers and sandals. Throughout the store, summer is in full swing and the vibe is comfortable and casual. Love the maternity wear collection because it is just simple and would probably suit any expectant mom. Prices are already reasonable but a sale is now in progress. This store was well staffed with great customer service. read more

I purchased several items for my kids. Prior to leaving the store, I realized that I was charged full price on at least half of my items. I brought the matter to the store clerk's attention, and she processed an exchange. However, the refund never hit my account. I called the store, and I was advised that I need to contact my bank. I advised the young lady that my bank can't initiate the credit. She decided to put me on hold. Then "Isaac" gets on the phone and asked what seems to be my issue. As I attempted to explain, Isaac advised that Old Navy is not a bank. He didn't attempt to listen. Instead, he talked over me like a child having a tantrum. This was by far the worst customer service that I have received from any department store. #incompetentstaff read more

I shop at this Old Navy a lot because it's convenient to where I work. Old Navy is great for staples like tank tops, tees, and flip flops. I try to keep my visits short as there is more often than not a small child running around the store unattended. That's no so much the store's fault as the parents', but it makes it a pain to try and find what I want when I'm dodging ankle biters. The staff is friendly, if sometimes a bit hard to find. It can also sometimes be difficult to find an employee to help you. They keep the dressing room and register well covered, but the sales floor is often only staffed by one or two people. It's often not worth it to hunt someone down and ask if they can check to see if they have my size. I admit, I'm the kind of shopper who likes to look around first and then ask questions. However, I'd like to be able to find someone if I have a question. Overall, it's a decent shopping experience, but nothing outstanding. read more

I called the day before and spoke to someone about a return they said absolutely fine then went in and marchello had a complete different story and was of no help at all telling me there was nothing he could do and I can't return that item. read more

This review is geared specifically toward this location's maternity selection, which I have found to be slightly better than the selection at other local Old Navy stores. As any expectant woman can tell you, maternity clothes are expensive--and often needlessly so. Therefore, I have been on a quest to find versatile maternity pieces that won't break the bank, and Old Navy has really come through for me. But the other problem with maternity clothes is that most non-specialty stores only carry a very limited selection in store. This is true for Old Navy, which has a vast collection of maternity clothes online but carries only select items in stores. And of course the trouble with ordering online is that (1) you can't try it on, (2) you have to depend on the comments of those who have come before to guess at the right size, and (3) you can't return online maternity purchases to stores. Luckily, I have found that this Old Navy has a slightly larger maternity section--at times. I went here once and found the entire back corner of the store devoted to maternity with a few pieces on clearance that were still full price online. On a subsequent visit, the maternity section still took up a good portion of the back corner but had also been overtaken by clearance baby items. Nevertheless, I still found a nice dress, and it seems that they always have a large selection of pants and jeans. It definitely seems like a store you have to hit often to find the best maternity selection, but when you're trying to save money, this is a minor inconvenience. Oh and on the baby item front, you really cannot beat the clearance section at the back of the store. I found so many cute items that were marked down to only a few dollars, including a onesie that I snagged for less than $1! So even if your visit for maternity clothes is a bust, you can still bulk up baby's wardrobe for not a lot of money. read more

I will never return to old navy AGAIN!!! I work right across the street at ulta at the forum and I wore heels. Unfortunately my feet were beginning to hurt. I'd figured old navy would have some cute flats. I sent my sales associate with my card to get them. Not only did they not fit they were very uncomfortable. I wasted damn near $30.00 on shoes that I can't even wear let alone walk in. I went back in the next day to return them and because they were worn (BARELY) I couldn't return them. Let's just say I won't be returning back to them or really any other old navy for that matter cause that left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this location ever .. the sales associate tried to do nothing to help out and the manager was just like you can't return them. I said you can just keep them cause I don't even want them if they can't fit. read more

One of the more disappointing Old Navy's I've been to. A boring selection of clothes, with limited variety. No striped polos for boys, just red, blue and white. This is not the Old Navy I am used to, where designs are cutting edge and often better than J Crew. No flavor here. Prices are good. read more

AVOID THIS STORE!!! Received 3 pair of undies for Xmas Gift...wrong size...didn't have receipt, It was a gift... but I just wanted to exchange for correct size....no refund. Had the bag, had the customer survey form from transaction...picked out the correct size, then the attitude starts..no receipt can't do it..or more to the point didn't want to do it..call the manager..same BS excuse...well if you fill out all these forms we can mail you a refund... we are talking $12 ....I dont want a refund ...one for one swap.. last time anyone I can influence will EVER go to Old Navy..run don't walk away from these guys... read more
