There is a lady who works here named sue who made me want to keep coming back. She suggested clothes, listened to what I asked for, answered all my questions with a smile, and really helped me to get everything I needed without rushing me or leaving me looking for someone to help. She wrapped everything up nicely and made me feel as if I had a personal shopper. If you go there, ask for her, you won't regret it. As soon as I walked in, I saw the 1st Valentine's Day outfit (great selling approach) & when into G-Ma shopping mode. Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Back to the clearance/sale, I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale have an affordable price point. The store is in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around. Kirstyn, the store manager was pleasant & helpful as I tried to decipher between 6mos & 9mos sizes. Then it clicked to always go up a size for comfort. So cool! So we go in and the young lady that's in the store her name is Emi was so nice and polite and immediately told us that she would be right with us. So my daughter is browsing around the store to find her clothes and we go up to the register to pick out her dance shoes. Emi was very helpful, she even helped my daughter try on her shoes and laced them for her. I pull out my phone to check in and!! ((((((Walah))))) a store coupon on behalf of yelp and Dance FX!! Emi told me she wasn't sure if they still took it but took down my phone number and email address because she had to contact the store owner. I said it was no biggie because I like the store and she was really sweet. Well a few days later Emi emailed me and apologized for not being able to take my coupon and assured me that the next time I came that I could use it. COOL!
