Rather than apologizing or offering to fix the issues, the manager became aggressive -- shouted profanity at me during the meeting I arranged in hopes we could find a solution. I left feeling unsafe. Their delivery crew scratched my client's floors and door when they picked up the pieces and when they returned them. Unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to stand behind their work.
