Chris was very professional and friendly. He called me when the table and chairs arrived which was happily a little quicker than expected. He set up delivery on a Sunday and gave us a time frame. The delivery man arrived within the expected time frame and was very careful in putting it in place and setting it up. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely buy from there again.

I felt there was not a lot of sales pressure. By the time I got the stain insurance and the delivery it added, you know significant amount to the price. But that was my choice. They have an excellent selection and yeah, you're not buying high-end furniture so you have to take that an account. So the chairs had a little imperfections on them that were minor but they did send somebody over within a week who was able to fix the minor cosmetic issues to our satisfaction so I give them that too. If you're on a budget and you're looking for new furniture versus getting something from Facebook, I think it's a good option

They brought another chair that also squeaked, and the delivery people were unable to take the other armchair because they were unable to remove the metal ring from the bottom. The coffee table came damaged. Had to be returned. The second try, the coffee table came in good shape. Thank goodness. Then another swivel armchair had a metal ring that stuck out and wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for a technician to address that. A lot of stress from buying furniture at this store. I'd been excited for years to finally order a Casper bed, but this experience has been a huge…read moredisappointment. We weren't told hiring setup would be essential, yet the adjustable base was impossible to manage with the weight of it even with two people. The first delivery came damaged and therefore delayed and once arrived the mattress was not in like-new condition. Then when contacting Casper we were told we needed to pay $300 for the Dolly set up service. Once we paid and they sent someone they were not able to complete the set up because there was missing screws and bolts as well as a cover with damaged zipper and not a good fit for the headboard itself. Now, while waiting for replacements, we're being told to pay another setup fee for them to return to complete the setup. This isn't just poor service it's far below what I expected from Casper. After all of this, I wish I'd chosen a small family-run business who had offered so much more as far as customer support and follow through. I'm still waiting for parts so no complete bed and not sure with all the back and forth with customer support to know where we even stand or what is going on to complete this bed. With a bed at this price point I would expect better customer service.

We've had the hot tub now for two years, use it weekly, and are completely obsessed. It's the most soothing way to start and end the day.
