Shopping for a mattress was exhausting...the exhaustion amplified by me having to sleep on my son's lower bunkbed and she in the girls room on a twin... while we canvased the world for a waterless replacement. Fortunately we included KleinSleep in our exhaustive search. We were rewarded with an informed, no-pressure purchasing experience. On our second visit, we brought our pillows and sheets and made the final choice. Both the manager (30yrs with Klein) and the owner (born into the business) were top shelf. The king mattress and box springs were delivered speedily (one of the delivery people is with Klein 9yrs plus) and the old box springs taken away (not a dent in the paint in the stairway). Thanks to the team at Klein as we make the transition to the comfy plush organic cotton pillow top world of KleinSleep. DanO

Not sure but he is a god send - I recently needed a new mattress, and I went in explaining my spinal injury was front and center focus for me ; somehow I ended up on an extra firm mattress and when the sales person read the info outloud as I laid back I remember hearing extra firm level 3. Me knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses said this feels good, has little cushioning for my hip bones; and I reiterated many times I NEVER sleep on my back only on my side. The mattress arrives on Tuesday and it's a nightmare - nothing like the store, concrete slab. Horrific. Bones killing me ; I call and say this is not the same mattress - insisting it is ; whatever I really could care less - finally oscar got through to regional who let me exchange it immediately- and I just ended up buying the same one I had just thrown out from 2020. Dan helped me locate my new mattress upon appointment - and even though I appreciate his help ; it is not my problem to feel bad for the sales person who sold me the garbage mattress and for her not to feel bad - she should feel bad it was not what I picked - Then I also don't need a lecture about how I don't understand mattresses I didn't know, I went to school at Ivy League to understand mattresses. The only reason, I ended up with the right mattress. The second go around is because I went on the Beautyrest website myself. All the information I was provided after question after question was not even from the website. I understand a sales person just trying to make a sale, but to take my one exchange because of careless recklessness is stupid. It's definitely not me as the customer to have to do mattress education it should be you, but that would be how I would run my business , Oscar is a doll and is the only reason I am getting a new mattress.

They brought another chair that also squeaked, and the delivery people were unable to take the other armchair because they were unable to remove the metal ring from the bottom. The coffee table came damaged. Had to be returned. The second try, the coffee table came in good shape. Thank goodness. Then another swivel armchair had a metal ring that stuck out and wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for a technician to address that. A lot of stress from buying furniture at this store. Next time, I will buy elsewhere.
