Can't recommend Seasons Too enough! I purchased my Frankford cantilever umbrella from them a few years ago (amazing umbrella worth every penny) and because I have loads of trees on my property and I have foolishly left it open 24/7, except in winter, the algae buildup was like nothing I've ever seen. I tried to clean it myself but was barely able to make a dent. Decided to call Seasons Too to see if they can offer any solutions. They said they'd pick it up, clean it and return it the following week and for a very reasonable price. It just came back today and it looks like new. Amazing job. Frankly I can't believe it. I called Brett to send a few of his guys over and it was up and working in no time. Crew was friendly and efficient and the price was right. Super unhelpful and condescending customer service. I had purchased an expensive Kingsley Bate sectional a few years back and unfortunately the cushions did not hold up. So I came in to talk about replacement cushions and fabrics. I knew I wanted Sunbrella Rain. After inquiring about different color options, the manager curtly informed me they could only do 4 colors - with an unpleasant attitude and the "you can see that on the Kingsley Bate website". Well, unfortunately for his take on things - Kingsley Bate highlights their COM and ability to do any material service.
