Mrs. Lee refused to accept the return. She referred to a sign that read, plants are not returnable. That particular sign was displayed at at the back of the plant section, on a high shelf. Interestingly enough, at the cash register, there is a sign that states, "Refund policy provided within 2 days receipt." It is mandatory for stores to visibly display their return policy at the cash register. 'The Bad Wife' failed to do so. Mrs. Lee's attitude was rude and dismissive despite being told return policies must be clearly visible by the cash register.
