When I told her that's not what I wanted she said I know I just think it would look better and when I said I wanted to still do acrylic she was rude to me the rest of the appointment. Went in for simple gel paint. No added tips, no paint removal. They did not use clean tools. The brush they use to wipe away any dust was full of paper towel clumps. I am usually very happy with my pedicure experience at Dream Nails. This time I was very disappointed. I typically get Steven and he does a phenomenal job. This time I had a different gentleman.. I'm not sure about his name. But he had longer hair. He couldn't find my color, had my feet soak in the water for MAYBE 3 minutes tops, cut my cuticles and such before a foot soak, hardly scrubbed the bottom of my feet with the pumice stone... I couldn't even tell that I just had gotten a pedicure afterwards besides the fresh polish. I would insert photos here as proof but this is 2026 and I'm not posting photos of my feet on the internet. He also put my foot in the paraffin wax when it was far too hot (and I can handle some heat). All I can really give him credit for is that the leg massage did feel nice.. but that's hardly what I paid for. Very disappointing especially because I have a wedding this weekend. I did still give a small tip and didn't make a scene only because I've been coming here for years and do typically love their services. Will definitely not be risking it again and will be requesting Steven from here on out. I suggest you do the same. read more

I had a bit of an incident and a few of my nails fell off, and Dream Nails immediately found a way to fit me in and fix my entire set. She was beyond kind, patient, and absolutely amazing. I don't normally write reviews but I'm angry. I made an appointment on line for a mani and pedi three weeks prior to when u needed them done. I went in in July 7th at 1 PM. When I arrive the gal I was assigned to was still working on another client. The seated me in a pedi chair and had me look at colors. So far so good she finally started my pedi 15 mins late. No problem but she was rushed from the start. I asked for the signature pedi. I just felt like she didn't want to be there. Rushed through it in 20 minutes. Never did cuticle trim and I had to ask to cut my nails. Then in to the mani as I was being seated for that her next client arrived. She proceeded to get her next client settled and 10 MI unrelated she started on my mani. I will admit my nails were a mess. She cut my nails so uneven each nail was a different size. No cuticle trimming and the polish was done so badly. The colors on each nail looked different. She asked me how many coats I wanted which I felt was very strange. I was,in and out for both my services in a hour and half but most was spent waiting for her as she was working on other clients and tasks throughout my appointment. Given the cost $101.00 plus I still tipped $20.00 I feel cheated. I will never return nor will I recommend. read more

If you want 0 customer service and the NASCAR of pedicures THIS is your place!! I was in and out in less than 20 min. I was given attitude because I just wanted the Basic pedicure with regular polish. Mediocre job at best and the most unpleasant tech. She wouldn't speak she just grunted or gestured. This was my first time visiting the shop. The guy that did my pedicure did a super rush job. It was like they had a bet who could make it to the finish line first. He was trying to hurry to get to next client. I honestly have to say while the polish turned out nice, it was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. No cleaning up of nails, shaping, cuticles or filing. Each process was less than 2-4 min for a total of 30 min maybe and that was the deluxe . Towels he used looked dirty and had stuff on them which wasn't very sanitary. I didn't even know when he finished. He just got up walked away and went and sat at the manicure area and started the client that was waiting. Didn't offer anything to drink. They do not try to retain customers they just try to get you in and out as fast as possible for the $. I didn't have the heart not to tip but honestly deserved 0. Please be warned! I'm making this review because I paid an insane amount for my nails and a basic pedicure. This is my story. I made an appointment with ( Vincent) online for 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and waited until 12:45. Then I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he told me to find the color. I asked him for suggestions because I couldn't find the color, and he had none. I wondered if there were new colors for fall, and he said no. After a 15-minute pedicure, he told me to check the wall for a toe color, which I did, and when I came back, he was sitting at his nail station doing someone else's nails! Then he went to speak to the owner and returned to the other lady. I was ready to leave, but before I did, I asked the owner what was happening. She asked if I had my color, to which I said yes, and she said she would do my nails. She found the correct color for me and acted like nothing was wrong! I told her what happened, and she said they get frustrated trying to figure out the colors. Isn't that their job? $131.00 dollars (I have never spent that on nails). Later, I couldn't believe what she charged me. When I told her what I wanted and asked for the price, she upped it even more at the end for the almond shape I received on my own nails! BEWARE! These places turn away people because they are so busy. They are rude and making a killing off of us. I know I was overcharged because, in their eyes, it was my fault! read more

My 15 year old daughter babysat and did yard work to earn enough money to get her nails done before school. She got acrylic with clear polish and a squiggle design put on. Looking at their website, acrylic $55+ and nail design $10+. She goes to check out and they tell her $93. She calls me to ask to send her more money as she only had enough to cover that without a tip. I asked to speak with someone and it was referred to the manager. She says due to the length and shape an extra $10 was added and the design is another $25. No one shared there would be an extra $40 charge before giving this 15 year what she was asking for. And the lady was rude and passed the phone away as she told me to look closer on their website. I'd love to know what others think... my daughter showed me her nails and she still has dirt under her nails (she mowed the lawn earlier today), had rough looking cuticles and frayed skin still on her hands. So not only do I feel like they are abusing/scamming my 15 year old out of money, they did a subpar job. We will never go back! Needless to say, I refused to send more money for a tip. Which if anyone knows me, I've always taught all of my girls how to calculate 20% tip for anything and everything. read more
