When completed I noticed that 4 nails were either still too long or crooked. This is after the polish was on. They were repaired as good as can be at the time, but I still had to do some clipping and shaping when I got home. A callous treatment is listed on the description of the service but I didn't receive it. A longer than normal calf massage took place but I really wanted my toenails and feet to be the focus. They would laugh and talk to each other in their native language and then they would talk and laugh in English to the other customers. My feet have a lot of cracks and scaly skin. Its like they've never seen this kind of condition before. When they spoke in their native language I knew what they were talking and laughing about bcuz they pointed to my feet and laughed when they spoke. They would tell me my feet were gross and when they saw me come in each time they would try to appear busy so they wouldn't have to service my feet. I left crying twice and never went back. I went to Q Nails and Hoon was so kind to me and said she sees this daily. This is the business they are in so she finds it odd and very rude to do what they did. I can talk to Hoon like she's my best friend. Her husband Bob and the other employees are all very approachable, kind and do their job with the utmost respect and professionalism.
