When I first came in, I was kindly set and the talks I had with Jimmy was very comfortable and I felt very welcomed unlike other salon. I got a gel almond for $55 which is a reasonable price and I felt comfortable in asking for a small change with the shape. Another lady came to do pedicure, pumice stone was no pressure and massage was awful. She had no idea how to use nippers. Then another lady sat down and aggressively did my cuticles and had me put my feet back in water with no plastic in basin. Then she sits a guy down about a foot from me to wax his brow - she left me and did his wax - NEVER WASHING HER HANDS. Then back to my nails for one coat of polish. Then off to another lady to do her nails - again no washing. The tools were just transferred from one client to the next. They then charged me $5 more than was on flyer and when I got my change back not intending on tipping. She asked if I wanted to tip for the other lady too. So I guiltily left $5 then sat there waiting on someone to put another coat of poorly painted on polish; she's moved on to a third client as I sat there and waited. If I could give negative stars I would.

The upstairs of the salon is where all the spa services happen. They do manicures, pedicures both water jet and steam, shellac nail enhancements, gel sparkle toes, facials, waxing, and massage! A real gem for this small town. They also have a great retail section that includes purses, wallets, necklaces, earrings headbands and other jewelry. The man completing my service filed off the first layer and trimmed them (normal), but then PRYED the acrylic off my natural nails with a nail tip, cuticle trimmer, and nail clippers. This was incredibly painful and my nail beds are still in pain over 12 hours later. The reason I went to the salon to have my nails removed was to prevent unnecessary damage to my natural nails. Instead, I left with paper thin, irritated nails that are sensitive to essentially any touch. To make matters worse, the doors to the salon were open and there were flies everywhere and all over me and the equipment during my service.

White tips should never be light cured. I've done my own nails for years and this is the first thing i learned as an untrained DIY-er.
