Another lady came to do pedicure, pumice stone was no pressure and massage was awful. She had no idea how to use nippers. Then another lady sat down and aggressively did my cuticles and had me put my feet back in water with no plastic in basin. Then she sits a guy down about a foot from me to wax his brow - she left me and did his wax - NEVER WASHING HER HANDS. Then back to my nails for one coat of polish. Then off to another lady to do her nails - again no washing. The tools were just transferred from one client to the next. They then charged me $5 more than was on flyer and when I got my change back not intending on tipping. She asked if I wanted to tip for the other lady too. So I guiltily left $5 then sat there waiting on someone to put another coat of poorly painted on polish; she's moved on to a third client as I sat there and waited. I feel like I have to keep repeating that as it was drilled in so much and that's the reason for me being treated so poorly tonight. I walk in and I wait by the counter, all 3 ladies looked at me and one of them did say hi but they all go back to what they were doing. I get it, it's been a long day. I've been going strong since 6 am this morning. It just would have been nice to have been told, " hey, we'll be with you in a few." I waited and waited. I locked eyes with two of the techs. I got more and more uncomfortable as I felt unwelcomed. I got upset as that is not how you treat another person. I messaged who I believe is the owner on instagram. I was met with even more disappointment. I couldn't believe how rude they treated me over a "free gift." I absolutely love Carly and I'm disappointed to no longer have her but I refuse to be disrespected that way. It was absolutely uncalled for. I called out your staff for lying. This is absolutely ridiculous! Over a $5 mug?!?! I understand standing up for your staff but not when they are in the wrong. I love supporting local businesses, especially during these uncertain times but not someone with such a poor attitude. Oh and I guess I'm blocked on their instagram now too. I guess this is how we resolve conflict now.
