I told Miranda, in complete layperson's terms, what I thought were the problems and what I was hoping for. She listened closely to figure out what needed to be done to get what I wanted and pulled it off without a doubt! I went out in the evening after my appointment and I have never had so many compliments in such little time. Even now, 6 or so weeks out, I still get strangers engaging me to tell me how much they like my color and to inquire where it was done! It will be a cold day, you-know-where, before I go anywhere else for any reason. Miranda has earned my respect and repeat business for good. Also, I love the small, cozy, welcoming environment. All the Moroccan Oil products you could hope to find, my favorite for both the scent and results. High-end salon results without the stuffy, uninviting feel I've experienced elsewhere. Thank you Miranda! You rock for reals!

Because of a cancellation with my initial tech who did an ok job, I had to schedule quickly a 3 week fill. 2nd tech did not apply the base properly. Nails started lifting off so I stopped in and they glued them. Well long story short because of the poor adhesive application, there were air pockets and moisture got into a few of my nails causing mold. Pretty gross. Michelle explained why it happened and removed what base she needed to. Explained everything and assured me with two more visits all would be good. Her chair side manner is very relaxed and easy going I'd highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a nail tech! My nails look beautiful! Kaye
