Then another client came in told the guy Beautician what he wanted and I heard him say what he wanted and I heard the Stylist ask "If I can't get quite right do you want it shorter or longe?" I should have left right there because that moron was the one that did my cut. I showed him what I wanted just not as shorT and I asked him if he can do it and he said yes. Well he couldn't he start off wrong, I have thick hair you have to divide it up so its even. when you wet the hair yo don't pull it down it gets shorter when it dries I told him you're cutting it a bit short and he said, "at least it will grow". Really? I told him to stop. I will never go there again.

I'm 66 and have never been treated this way, so imagine my confusion and developing embarrassment. I should have gotten up and walked out, but I just sat there a took it, paid, and left. Then after going home and thinking about it l, because the cut/trim was not good. It was uneven, etc... I decided to call the shop and talk to the manager. She told me to come back in and she would fix my cut. I did. She was pleasant to me, but... when I got home and closely looked at it I noticed that somehow the cut was even worse. Very choppy in the back and still not even on both sides (one side longer than the other). How is that possible? Lesson learned. I will never go back to this shop.
