I told her I didn't want it that short, no layers and for it to be long enough to be put in a high ponytail. I got everything I did not want. Not only that, the hair cut looks horrible. Have to go somewhere else to fix it, never going back there again!

I'm particular about my hair and she has adjusted the cut so it looks lik"the way I want it to. The downside is that it costs a lot. Seems like too much for just a cut. I never write bad reviews but I expected so much more from this high priced and well- reputed…read moresalon. I went there for a simple haircut, with a photo of what I was going for: a shoulder-length bob with curtain bangs. I showed Val a photo of the cut I wanted. I received something totally different, and I live with this mess every day now. She chopped short layers, added short, thick bangs. She didn't check symmetry. Then she styled it with tight curls. I walked out of there looking like a freak. Now I'm spending the next year or 2 of my life growing these layers out. VAL: Less talking, more focus on the hair please for the sake of future customers not having to go through this. Never again for me.

This is a great salon! I came here with the bride, bridal party, and moms to get our hair and…read moremakeup done. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location, set up or staff. They had champagne and flutes ready for us by couches in the back. We had that area to ourselves to set our things, relax and enjoy some mimosas. They also served fresh coffee from AM coffee roasters. Our hairstylists were ready right on schedule for us, and we were all able to get our hair done at the same time. Great location in an old warehouse with river views from the windows. I had Olivia style my hair in an updo. I showed her some pictures, and she was able to mix them all and make it gorgeous! It stayed up for the entire night! The bride went in early to practice her hair and makeup, so the day of there were no surprises. They helped attach her veil to her updo and show us how to remove it without ruining her hairstyle. All the stylists were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere for the morning of the Wedding day! Prices were very reasonable and fair for everything. If I lived closer this would be my go to spot for haircuts. Highly highly recommend for weddings, special events or just regular haircuts.

I was at Jacci's for my regular hair cut and we started talking, it was 1996 / 97 when Jacci…read morestarted cutting my hair. I was her first customer when she opened her shop in 2004. I remember Jacci called me because I had been waiting for the new shop to open and I need a hair cut desperately. The guys working inside told her that a "big dark haired guy" was spying between the paper covered windows, I guess she told them "Oh that's only Greg, he must need a haircut". So Jacci offered to cut my hair (even though the shop was not open) and with that I became Jacci's first customer in her new shop, unofficially of course. Well her we are 2012 and Jacci is still cutting my hair and when it came time for my 2 year old daughter's first hair cut there was no place else to go. So if any of you want to throw down as to who is Jacci's # 1 customer I am ready to rock.
