I've been a long-term customer and used to love this place, but the recent changes in staff have…read moresignificantly impacted the quality of service. I went in for a pedicure, and the new technician was, at best, below average. A senior technician had to step in to assist, but in the rush, they cut the process short and didn't even apply a clear finish polish. To make matters worse, the senior technician then had to step away because another customer came in, which resulted in me being rushed to the drying area. This was a very basic pedicure with no complexity, yet it was poorly executed. I'm very disappointed with the new hires and the rushed, inadequate service they're now providing. While I understand that new staff need to learn, they should inform customers if a technician is in training or will be observing. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicures I've had to date.

I will honestly say my nails left in a healthier state prior to arriving and that I'm thankful for. You can tell they truly care about you the moment you walk in the door. I'm fairly patient so I waited, and waited finally a young lady came over and asked if I was okay. I told her my dilemma which she promptly escorted me to another chair. I've been waiting now for 35 minutes. I would have left but I needed the service on m y nails. My nails can be lived with til I get back home in Missouri.
