Lexi nails did not do well for my daughter and I today. The acrylic gel burned under the heat lamp, the flower design was not what my daughter asked for (repeatedly- with photo images) and the prices they gave were way higher than those listed on the internet. We will not be going back! read more

Totally THE place to go for pedi's! I even take my hubs along! Jessica, Lexi, and crew are the best! We've been coming here for 13+ years, and wouldn't go any where else. Also, I am NOT a no-chip manicure person, BUT for our daughters wedding, I had my nails done, over and over, months in advance. By the time of the big day, I didn't want to let my beautiful nails go, but it was like a full time job, every 2 -3 weeks... Wonderful service at a last minute call. Needed a manicure but was hoping for more when I made my first visit to this neighborhood salon. Purchased the no chip manicure and the fanciest pedicure package that was offered. No up selling, I requested all the details myself. Couldn't barely walk on my way out because I was so relaxed. Priced seemed more than fair. Too many colors for me to chose from, had to stay with the first one that caught my eye. Lexi stayed past closing to take care of me with no rushing or appearance of inconvenience. Salon is very clean and COVID operating regulations are still firmly in place. I will definitely be returning to see them very soon for future pampering. read more

I have been going to Lexi Nails since 2008. I've tried other local salons in between and have never had as good of an experience as I do with Lexi. This is a wonderful family owned small business with excellent customer service and amazing talent for nail art. I recommend them to all my family and friends! I have been going to this location for years without much of a problem. Today two different people did one of my hands, Kelly did a great job. Then she had to go do something so the owner did my other hand. The owner did the other hand without even comparing them. the right hand is MUCH shorter and not even the same shape. It looks bad, unprofessional and I REALLY don't like it. I am very displeased. I got this done for a very special occasion and now it is just embarrassing. All I got was a"Sorry" when I complained. They admitted they are noticeably different. I'm going to have to do these over myself and that is not what I paid for. No compensation was offered. I will find someplace else to go now. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I will say this, they are clean and are following CDC guidelines. I haven't gotten a pedicure in about a year and a half (I know, long over due). I was very much looking forward to the appointment and I was ready to get whatever package they tried to up-sell me. Picked out my color, sat in the chair, and no one asked me what I wanted. She got started with a basic pedicure and I was still happy at this point, I decided I would enjoy it anyway. Hardly the case. She did not trim my cuticles, she clipped my nails but used a flimsy Emory board and barely filed or shaped the nail. The buffer she used for my nail bed was the size of a tootsie roll, you can see all the grooves in my nail still right through the nail polish. And when she used the pumice bar on the bottom of my feet she didn't even touch my toes or the balls of my feet, only my heels. As I was sitting there, I kept telling myself, it will be ok.. the foot massage is coming soon. She exfoliated my calf's and the tops of my feet, rinsed, put on the lotion and I got roughly a 2 minute calf massage. She did not rub any part of my entire foot. A pedicure, WITH NO FOOT MASSAGE!!! I was so bummed. She finished up, and she really was a nice girl. Walked me over to dry my polish, on a ceramic tile floor, with freeze cold air blowing on my feet and no light. I won't ever go back here. I'm all about quality, and this experience was not the enjoyable one I anticipated. read more

This place is absolutely shit. The guy who did my pedicure shaved my nail down to nothing to the point where it hurts to walk. He refused to cut my toenails because he insisted long nails are prettier... which was not his place since I'm a runner. I need short nails. He didn't know how to hi my cat eye gel. He cured three layers of cat eye gel before even attempting the magnet. He said my nails are too small which is funny bc I have huge nail beds . He refused to cut my cuticle and left cured paint on my cuticle and around my nails is some areas and painted completely uneven leaving actual gaps in paint in other areas. I waisted 55 on the worst pedicure of my life. I deserve a refund. They deleted my last review so I will leave a horrendous but accurate review of this place each day and pay my friends to do the same until I get a refund for how poorly I was treated.
