I booked the appointment as a gift for my friend, so we were both looking forward to it. My friend received a confirmation text and was excited about her upcoming massage. However, I realized I never received a confirmation, which seemed odd. When I called to check, I was told that I was never actually scheduled--only my friend was. To make matters worse, the response I received felt like the blame was being shifted onto me, as if I hadn't communicated clearly when making the appointment. I know exactly what I requested: two appointments at the same time for myself and a guest. That was the entire reason we booked three weeks in advance. As a paying member, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted, but the whole point of booking together was completely missed. I expected better communication and customer service.
