I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"

This policy was never disclosed before the service, and there was no signage anywhere indicating that tips were mandatory or that a minimum amount was required. What made the experience even worse was that I was not allowed to leave until I paid the tip amount they requested. Tips are supposed to be voluntary, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured. If a business has a tipping policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins not after the fact.
