I wanted her to put some force into it, and I asked her, but it didn't happen thoroughly--a total disappointment for me. I came in to treat my sister. I can't buy her a gift certificate because she will not go. From the pictures, I knew it was not going to be anything fancy and wanted to give them a try because there are some excellent reviews on here. My sister said she enjoyed it and the man did a good job and left her feeling relaxed.
