I can't rave enough! I'm local and visit all year lo g and am never disappointed. This time I got 2 stuffed croissants- one ham and cheese and one spinach and ricotta. Both were amazing. The ham one had me thinking about how delicious it was for 20 mins as I kept driving. I also got some mini cheesecakes for dessert later on. I got one that was a chocolate and something swirl ( was pretty hood but heavy for me). The second one was raspberry lemoncello. This was delicious! The raspberry stuff needs to be bottled!

Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life is the Mountain man. The cream cheese was life changing. Was only in Vermont for two days but after trying Dream Maker Bakers once, we HAD to come back the second day. The cheesecake was unreal and the ambiance of this bakery was simply perfect. All employees were incredibly friendly and lovely to talk to. Could not possibly recommend this place more!

Great breakfast/ lunch spot!!! Tried the maple pecan latte, very delicious they had freshly made apple cake donuts , took some to go glad we stumbled on this place before hitting the slopes , very close to Skyship gondola (literally 2 mins away). Will definitely come back for lunch since breakfast was so AMAZING !! They also have to-go breakfast sandwiches if you in a rush trying to get to the slopes!

We went to a breakfast here at the end of a wedding weekend. The breakfast sandwiches were amazing. The sausage and egg one in particular was SO good. There was also an assortment of bagels, pastries, and fruit. We really enjoyed the breakfast that we had. An added bonus was the case of pastries at the front! We got a mini cannoli, mini Nutella cup, strawberry chocolatey cupcake, butterscotch cookie, peanut butter Bomb, and macarons. All of that was only $28! The macarons, peanut butter bomb, Nutella cup, and butterscotch cookie were delicious. I've had better cannolis. My boyfriend liked the strawberry chocolatey cupcake. It was filled with a type of strawberry jelly. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend going!

ive only been to VT once but im OBSESSED with this place. such refreshing smoothies & drinks, tasty breakfast sandwhiches, and an out of this world bakery. there's also so much variation in the menu which is great to see!! im not much of a coffee person but i would bet good money that their coffee is exceptional too. PLUS the staff is so sweet here!! and thats not even it! the location is beautiful - right next to a giant mountain! there's also so many games in the field outside you could honestly spend a couple hours here!! idk when i'd be back in VT, but if i ever am i will 100% stop here!

From the moment we walked in, the café felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the charm of Woodstock. Mon Vert has a cozy, laid-back café vibe that makes you want to linger. It's bright, comfortable, and relaxed ...ideal for a casual lunch, coffee date, or just enjoying good food at an unhurried pace. The atmosphere feels very community-oriented and inviting. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Staff were patient, helpful with menu questions, and made sure everything came out just right. As first-time visitors, we felt genuinely welcomed. For our meal, we each chose something different and both dishes were excellent. My wife ordered the Yankee Quesadilla ($15.00), which came with roasted chicken breast on a whole-wheat tortilla, pico de gallo, Cabot cheddar cheese, and a side of sour cream. She added avocado (+$2), which was a great choice, it added extra creaminess and flavor. The quesadilla was hearty, well-balanced, and satisfying without being heavy. I went with The Coffeehouse Brisket ($15.00), featuring their own coffee-marinated local brisket with pickled red onions, basil aioli, Swiss cheese, shredded carrots, and arugula on a baguette. This sandwich was outstanding, the brisket was tender and flavorful, with the coffee marinade adding depth without overpowering the dish. The pickled onions and basil aioli tied everything together beautifully. I also added a side of Homefries ($6), which were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well-seasoned, an excellent complement to the sandwich. Mon Vert Cafe delivered on all fronts: great food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance that fits perfectly in Woodstock. For a first visit, we were thoroughly impressed and will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu. A must-stop if you're in the area.
