While the employees were kind and efficient, my food was very below average. My favorite thing has always been the everything bagel. It tastes so good lightly toasted with cream cheese. This bagel was NOT good. You can always tell when their bagels are freshly baked (they're supposed to be baked fresh every day) This bagel was hard as a rock. Had to be at least a few days old, and/or not stored properly. It really burns my buttons because it's ALWAYS the food they prepare that is done poorly. Donuts tasted good. Very disappointed in our stop at Dunkin'. We ordered in the drive through and had to correct the…read moreorder so that we weren't over-charged. When we arrived at the pick-up window, there was a group of 5 people trying to figure out what we ordered. They handed us a box, which we opened to find something we hadn't ordered -- we gave that back. They tried handing us a drink that we hadn't ordered. We told them a couple of times that we just ordered two donuts and two orders of hash browns. Anyway, the confusion with the order actually isn't the reason for this 1 star review, but it did take away from the experience. The hash browns clearly tasted of the cleaning chemical used on the equipment, on top of being badly burnt. We ordered two blueberry donuts as well -- they did not have any blueberries in them, although they did smell faintly of blueberry. It was kind of like someone yelled "blueberry" from the next room over while we were eating it -- very subtle. All that together left us very disappointed.

This store isn't what I'm used to from Meijer in Ohio. It was out of date (I guess it's an older…read morestore). It was grungy and the deli looked like they could do a better job cleaning. Mostly compared to what I'm used to this was a disappointment. Produce has been problematic at the other stores I've been to and this one seemed ok at least.

The woman left it under the mail box away from my door at my apartment complex right near the sidewalk and in the way of my neighbors. No text telling me she was coming and I wouldn't have known they were there (Under the mail box ) If I hadn't had to go out. You call the store and they never ever and I mean they never know the answer to any question. It's frustrated. Customer care though is amazing. the have all the answers, but for some reason lafayette didn't transfer me to them. The supervisor melinda will put you on mute if you are asking why about anything and then she'll pretend she doesn't hear you. This store is horrific
