Always nice to me greeting and asking if they can help then thanking before I leave. Fast to just pick up items or good stock for weekly.

What a gem for West Lafayette. If you love Trader Joe's, you'll love this place even more. Prices are outstanding!

Many food trucks, I had close free parking within half a block (and the blocks are smallish), it radiates out in 4 blocked streets from the center, with everything I expected in farm stands, food trucks, and unique items. The organizers have done a fantastic job with this market. There are broad sidewalks behind all the rows, to escape the "crowd" but really I found the density of crowd perfectly pleasant, not too much, just cheerful, and there were plenty of benches and steps to sit on for a quick break. Plenty of spots to sit with food, plenty of space for each stand. Overall, I've seen markets across the country and give this 5 stars for being just super pleasant in every regard. People of Lafayette area are so friendly and cheerful, too! Enjoy! P.S. If you do park near the Courthouse, you're entering at the food trucks so that's a nice way to end with a meal as you return to the car! I'll attach images of some of my vegetable purchases.

Located in the heart of downtown Lafayette, you'll find dozens of vendors selling everything from plants and fresh baked croissants to candles and produce. It's a great mix of vendors with plenty of produce for those looking to prepare for the week ahead. They also often have live music to set the mood and if I remember correctly, the market is dog-friendly. Given the great location, you can also explore all of the adjacent shops and restaurants while you are there. We're especially a fan of the Revolution Bakery.

They play live music in the Amphitheater for a couple hours. There is something for everyone. From fruits, vegetables and flowers to meats, honey, teas and food options for both breakfast and dinner just to name a few. They also have permanent bathrooms and plenty of places to park from the several free parking garages and on both sides of the library.

The market was festive with music playing and over 80 local vendors. Vendor tents are spread out with lots of space. A yoga class was offered near the amphitheater stage. We found a good mix of vendors with about a dozen selling local produce, my primary interest. The veggies looked fresh and I bought corn, dill and the most beautiful and freshest eggplants that I have ever seen. Prices were reasonable. Venders were selling everything from baked goods, local meats, fresh cut flowers and honey. There were some vendors selling craft and artisan items. Most notable to me was a vendor selling beautiful hand crafted leather items. We saw about a dozen food trucks selling breakfast items, coffee, smoothies, donuts and more. I thought the food trucks were on the expensive side but I only checked out a couple. Vendors were friendly and engaging for the most part. I like interacting with the local farm crowd. I'll be back.

I haven't been to Tuttle's in years, even though I grew up coming here, and wow - what an…read moreevolution! The orchard has changed in all the best ways. They've added beautiful flowers that you can cut the stems to take home, so you can stroll through and pick your own blooms, which is nice. The entrance to the apple-picking area is totally rearranged from what I remember, and it makes the whole experience feel fresh and new. The food area and the layout for buying goodies from the store has also been revamped. I will say there aren't too many signs inside the store, making the check-out area get lost pretty easily, especially if it's busy. You absolutely cannot pass up the cinnamon sugar apple donut - they're just as amazing as ever, and honestly worth the trip alone. The apple slushy is another must-have, especially on a crisp fall day. Plus, there are so many other fun fall drinks and yummy snacks to try. I love that there's a space to sit and enjoy treats, but of course you can also take your food and drinks with you as you wander the orchard. Tuttle's is super nostalgic for me, and I cannot wait to be back!

This 200-acre establishment offers around 50 acres of apples, 30 acres of vegetables, 20-25 acres of pumpkins, and a greenhouse among other options. There's a small cafe here. There's U-Pick apples, of course, along with U-Pick pumpkins. There's flowers galore, a variety of food items, exhibits classes, tours, and more. They take credit cards (no WIC or SNAP). There's no general admission to get into Tuttle. There's also no parking fee. There are fees for certain activities, and there are obviously fees for items that are sold. There are over 2,000 items in their farm store. I'm a definite fan of the donuts. Yeah, I know. What kind of weirdo goes to an orchard and gets a donut? Me. I'm that weirdo. More than 90% of their plants sold are grown right at the orchard. Tuttle has been around since the early apple trees were planted in 1928. It's now fourth generation Tuttle, though the owners are actually named Roney at this point (but still in the family). Accessibility? Better than expected and obviously intentional. Perfect? Nope. It's an orchard. No orchard will be perfectly accessible, but it's quite good and employees are helpful as much as able. Parking lot offers parking options. They've worked with disabled students, and the hayride is wheelchair accessible. The pumpkin patch is a dirt path, however, for the most part I found it workable. Some may need assistance. The only accessibility issue in most places would be the crowds, as Tuttle can get quite packed - especially on weekends. Tuttles does ask for advance notice for those with disabilities if possible, especially for groups, so guides can adapt material as needed for age/developmental level. Overall, I really enjoyed this visit. It wasn't my first time to Tuttle, though I'd never remembered it well enough to be comfortable reviewing it. After a recent visit, I remembered why I always enjoyed it so much. It was more accessible than expected, everyone was friendly, and a side benefit is really watching all the kids around you have such a good time. There's a reason so many consider an orchard visit a fall tradition. Tuttle Orchard is a great place to start that tradition with your friends and family.
