I've rented from quite a few bounce house companies over the past 10 years, at least once a year, usually twice, so I have quite a bit of experience. And the thing with Dream Bounce is at the end of the day, they delivered on time and with the bounce house that my daughter wanted. The driver was courteous and friendly. I believe the problem stems from the owner. I booked about a month in advance and got an automated reply that I was confirmed via email. A week before the party I called and emailed to confirm. No return call or email. I called again and the owner picked up and he then confirmed. But I was stressed that it wasn't confirmed and I had to work to get a confirmation. Then they demanded cash at drop-off. As I said, I've used many bouncy house companies and they all took checks at pick-up. We talked them out of cash eventually, but it was a hassle. If they work on their professionalism and customer service, they would be a much better company. read more

Be cautious when renting from this company. Our first rental went great. Last year was our 3rd year renting from them. Every year the price has increased by about $50. Last year was the worst. After booking online 5 months in advance the owner Aram called 2 weeks prior to the event to inform me the website listed the wrong price and he would be charging me an extra $100 for the rental. I tried to negotiate with him seeing that I booked it 5 months in advance, he waited until last minute to call, that we were repeat customers and had referred 2 other families. He was incredibly rude and belittling. With little time left I tried to book with other companies but what I needed was already booked. So against better judgement we agreed to continue the rental with Dream Bounce. The rental arrived 2 hrs late after making multiple phone calls Aram finally answered to tell me the truck had a flat tire and was not sure when the rental would arrive. I would have liked a courtesy call at least. When they finally arrives they attempted to collect $50 more than what owner Aram quoted. I eventually resolved this issue after multiple calls to owner Aram. read more

We ordered a water slide for the 4th of July. The 4th nobody showed up. After speaking with someone with a heavy foreign accent it was obvious we were not getting anything. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that it was not possible. I checked to Secretary of State's website and it shows the company has been "Suspended". Beware of doing business with these people, read more

The customer service on the management side is very unprofessional. I rented a water slide from them for my son's 6th birthday. First I requested the delivery at 10 am...they wanted to deliver it around 9 am and I was not home and the pickup time I requested was at 6 pm because we had to be somewhere and they didn't come till 7:30 pm!!! I'm not sure why we are asked for the time if they are still going to come whenever it is convenient for them. To make matters worse when they installed my water slide they tried to stake it close to the house and they punctured the water pipe. They left in a hurry and didn't even give us a copy of the paperwork that was signed. We called them back to take a look and they said they didn't mess with the pipes. I had to call my landlord who saw the puncture done to the pipe which caused a massive flooding around my yard and driveway. They had to turn off the water valve so they can repair the pipe and my party for my son was scheduled to start at 12 pm and we had nothing ready. It was stressful and it was a water slide party we had no working water which meant no water slide for the kids and no working bathroom for my guest and a very upset birthday boy who was saying his party was ruined. When we called the "so called manager" to get a resolution the company was rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience they caused and said they will send a plumber!! That should have been done immediately when I called the drop off people to come back but they denied they were the cause and we had a party to get ready for so my landlord called a plumber on a Sunday to get it fixed. Planning for a party is stressful as it is and we didn't need any added stress. The pickup driver who also dropped it off in the morning admitted to fault after confronting him and showing the punctured pipe. He was at least more apologetic with the situation once he admitted to fault and said this was the second time this happened. The driver was more willing to come to a resolution for the damages caused then the manager who is supposed to take care of the customers renting products from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If they damage your property they are not helpful with coming to resolution. Being a parent I have lots of friends with kids and I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone! If I had an option to give a 0 star I would and I will be having my voice heard about the professionalism of this company so that customers are aware of the type of business they are dealing with. read more

I am giving one star because I have to. I ordered a bounce house for my son's birthday party, but unfortunately I had no bounce house for the 30 kids that arrived. The driver apparently got a flat tire, which isn't necessarily their fault since these things happen. What I do hold them accountable for is the utter lack of communication that occurred. I was contacted early in the morning by the driver who asked if they could deliver it early around 10:30am instead of the scheduled time of 2pm. I was happy to oblige, however, the hours ticked by with no sign of the driver and no follow up calls. I finally called both the driver and the company number and finally got a hold of the manager around 2:20pm (20 minutes past originally scheduled delivery and almost 4 hours past the newly expected delivery), and was told that the driver had a flat tire. After a few back and forth calls to the driver, they let me know at 2:45 (15 minutes before the party started) that it would be another hour and a half before they even got there. The party was only going to be 3 hours long, so they said it wouldn't be worth it to come, I assume because it would take even longer to set up. We were all extremely disappointed. If I had been contacted in the hours before, I may have been able to find a last minute place to help us out. As it was, I wound up with nothing but an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. read more
