These machines were reserved for me. A day before, I asked to cancel my helium tank and he called immediately to tell me that he "loses money" on these cancellations. So he promptly informed me that he'll be cancelling my order citing "unavailable machines". This is the day before my event. Very unprofessional to be cancelling a deal last minute like this. If the machines were really unavailable, then why wait to inform me AFTER I requested to cancel? A professional would've let me know way earlier. Either way, I ended up booking with Manny for the same price but for only 2 machines. I'd rather pay extra for someone who cares about professional relationships. Panda restaurant group will not be booking with vip ever again.

Steve was super tentative to what I needed. He responded to my messages promptly and was patient and kind enough to answer all of my annoying questions. The tables and chairs that I rented was delivered to us the night before my son's 1st birthday party (as promised). I ordered white tablecloths and chair covers and they were neatly washed and in clean condition. For the return of the items, all we had to do was place them all in one area for pick up the following day. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and that is definitely a weight off your shoulders when you have to worry about a million other things when planning a party. To Steve, Thank you for making things easy for us. And for your excellent service that has brought me here writing this review. I was emailing multiple times because plans changed, and so I had to change my order. But I wasn't getting a response for over a week, so I finally called them. I was being really apologetic because I felt bad about changing the order so many times. But the reason they weren't being responsive was because now I wasn't going to meet the minimum order. I didn't know they had a minimum, first of all, and they could have told me when I was emailing them so many times! Also as a long time customer, they could've done this out of a courtesy just one time. Also if they had told me about the minimum right away, I would have paid the minimum amount, even though it was going to be more than $100 over what I was ordering. And I had to call them, which was annoying, and my party was less than a week away. These days, that would be almost impossible to find replacements. I'm just really disappointed in companies that just disregard you when they think you're a small customer. As a business owner, I first of all understand how hard it is to run a business. Second of all, I would never disregard small customers, no matter how small the order. It's just disheartening when I've ONLY used them for any rentals I had just out of loyalty.
