I rented it for the times 10:30-1:30, but technically you get it for the day 8-8. I was in communication with the delivery guy and he was flexible on letting me keep it until 5, which was plenty enough time. Super easy and quick set up, didn't have to lift a finger and clean. *Yes you need to call 72 hours in advance from your party date to confirm the delivery, but it takes 2 minutes!* All my friends asked where I got it and now we want them for all our future parties! The weirdest thing happened to me with this. I was online searching for jumpers + trying to see which place had the best price - I don't ever remember pressing submit on this website - but a few minutes later, i had gotten an email saying it was booked. So, I don't know my computer just went psycho or if i accidentally pressed it somehow but yeah. Good thing they offered a good price so I called to confirm + verify. The guy on the phone (the owner I'm assuming) wasn't that friendly - but I had already knew that from yelpers. He confirmed that everyone was set up and I didn't need to worry. Fast forward to the next day - which is when I ordered the jumper - they told me it would come before 3pm (which is when I requested it) - anywhere before 3pm is a long time to be sitting at home waiting for the jumper. It came around 1:30pm and the guy who dropped it off was super nice + super polite. The biggest issue I have with this company/jumper pick up is that they don't take timing seriously. So pickup was suppose to be before 12pm NEXT DAY (I paid the extra overnight charge) because we had places to go. The drop off guy assured me that they would pick it up on time. - They didn't pick up the jumper til around 3. But the guy would call and say "ill be there in an hour" - an hour goes by and then he would call and say "30 more minutes" then he called ONE MORE TIME and said "sorry traffic is bad, i will be there in 35 minutes" - I do understand that LA traffic is the worst BUT if you promise a guest a certain time - shouldn't you leave early to make that time? The jumper was also really dirty when they brought it to us. We had to go in there and sweep because even the little kids were complaining about how dirty it was. read more

Don't trust this place. The BF's mom booked them 2 days before a party. Paid the deposit even. Day of party, they were supposed to deliver at noon. Said the car broke down. They would be late. 2 pm they said 30 mins. And hour later they said 30 mins. At 3:40 they finally admitted that they didn't have anyone to deliver and to come get the deposit. THEY RUINED a kids birthday! Him and his friends were waiting all day patiently for them to arrive. They failed and they ruined it!! There are so many places to rent from. This is not a reliable place! If they would have been honest from the beginning maybe there was have been a little less heart break from the bday boy for waiting all day and maybe, although unlikely, we could have found a bouncer somewhere else instead of trusting these people and wait for them all day! read more

I received a call before the delivery, to give me a heads up they were on their way! They set up quickly had me sign my receipt and went on their way. I ordered a jousting bouncer for my husbands 34th birthday. It arrived at 9:30am (I requested 1pm) and it was picked up at 8pm (I requested 9). The timing was not an issue for me at all but I could see how not sticking to a timeframe could be an issue for others. I scheduled the drop off time to occur after I got home from work because it was a surprise and my husband had no idea... luckily I told him that morning and he happened to be home when they arrived. I also didn't mind that they came early because we had enough fun beating the crap out of each other. The guys were really nice & efficient. The jousting ring was super sturdy and all the guests had a blast. I reserved online... super easy. I never received a confirmation the day before but I also never called to confirm. It might be nice to receive a confirmation call/text/email if it was a kids party and I was relying on a jumper to entertain children. I would probably rent from them again since they have a lot of cool bouncers to try. read more

Made a reservation online for child's birthday and apparently they send an email which states that you have to confirm by phone within 72 hours. I just happened to be calling the day before the party to check on delivery time and was told they couldn't deliver because I didn't call to confirm. Why take the reservation then, and why doesn't this business make the effort to call and confirm with the customer? Must not need our business. Very poor customer service and almost ruined a birthday party. Wanted to surprise my godson with a bounce house for his birthday, and he was ecstatic about it! Delivery was swift and the employees/manager were very friendly. Prices were also the most comfortable compared to other places we looked into. I've definitely realized how much kids enjoy playing in bounce houses. Really great way to spend time, and It was wonderful seeing everyone having fun. We were a little worried because of the heat and wondered if it was safe to have kids play in a bounce house when it was absolutely burning up outside. But it didn't seem to be much of a problem as we found a nice, shady place to put the bounce house. read more

I rented a jumper for my nieces birthday but my brother had already arranged different plans. So, within minutes of scheduling I canceled through the account they require you to make on their website. I tried contacting them several different times through the account, personal email and PayPal but no response. My mom told me that they had showed up at 7 am Sunday morning when I scheduled them 2pm Saturday? They took the payment and never responded. So now I'm in the middle of a claim with Pay Pal against Bounce House. This company straight stole my money. No explanation, there are no terms and conditions regarding refunds. I'm shocked and upset that it's going to drag on through a claim but they gladly took my $69 no problem. I've never had a service do something like that and am very careful who I decide to give my business now. read more

Nothing wrong with the jumper, my problem is with the service, won't ever rent from them again. I rented a jumper from 12pm-8pm. The dropped it off at 7am cause they said they had a busy day, we confirmed that they would pick up at 8pm, at 9/10pm we texted to see if they were still coming to pick up, no response but they READ the text.... 12pm the following day I text again that the jumper needs to be picked up ASAP, that it was past the agreed upon time! I had to cancel my morning plans because they clearly overbooked and I'm left responsible for a jumper on my front lawn. It is now past 1pm and they still have no picked up the jumper. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. I won't ever recommend. read more

I ordered a 2-1 Combo which had a small pool at the end of the water slide, exactly what I wanted. Their price was the lowest I found, and I searched a lot! One place that was located closer to my area quoted me $80 more than what Dream Bounce charged me. I place my order online on Monday and confirmed over the phone on Friday. Friday someone called me back and asked if it was okay if they dropped off the jumper that same day rather than the next morning, they stated that it would make their job easier and there would be no additional charge, completely fine with me! They called about 30 mins before hand to let me know they were on the way, I wasn't going to be home at that time but I was able to leave the payment with someone who would be. No problem when they delivered and no problem when they picked up. I would definitely rent from this company again. read more

i ordered an obstacle course jumper. the bouncer was dirty and stinky. It also had quite some age to it. I wasn't expecting brand new, but i wasn't expecting worn out either. My biggest upset was that they only delivered one fan for a giant bouncer. The bigger kids, ages 10 and up were sinking into the jumper. I called and they tried to tell me that the fan they left was appropriate and that the weight of the kids using it was questionable. All the other bouncers i have seen of this size always have two fans. One fan simply cannot produce enough air to accommodate the mass of the 30' obstacle bouncer. Owner refused to send an additional fan or provide any customer service. read more

I specifically asked the company to send me a mickey mouse bouncer because that was whole theme for my nephew party and they ended up showing up late saying that they don't know where it's at and they ended up knocking off $10 and giving up a plain color bouncer. They know that you have to take the bouncer they are going to give you because it's a last minute thing and you have a party and you need whatever they bring. I ordered a bounce house for my son's birthday party. They were one and a half hours late. Good thing I had other entertainment options for the kids. I was really disappointed by their lack of communication. I had to call for updates. No one called me to say they were running late. When I asked if we were to receive a discount, they refused saying that I should just extend the time of my party. When the bounce house finally arrived and was setup, I noticed that the bounce house was dirty. Their website says the deliveries are on time and bounce houses are clean, but that wasn't my experience with them. I do not recommend. read more

I called this company trying to get a water slide and at first they didn't even want to rent it to me. They told me if I paid a "special fee" I can get it rented out so I did. I paid the "special fee" and got my jumper delivered. As the employee finished setting up he said "Tomorrow we will pick it up towards the end of the day / night time which is 7/8 p.m." I said ok we agreed I paid the extra fees and paid for the jumper up front cash. So I'm expecting to have the jumper until 7 pm today or 8 pm today... turns out they came at 11 am to pick it up after clearly saying they were going to pick it up at 7/8 pm. I called the manager back to clarify what was going on since I did pay extra for this jumper. He states there was a miscommunication and that everything was in the contract. (1) there was no contract & (2) it clearly shows that we selected the pick up time for 7/8 pm today. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. Horrible experience overall. To the manager or whoever is on the phone you need to work on your customer service skills. read more

Dream Bounce was a nightmare from the beginning, they added insurance to my invoice hoping I wouldn't notice. We ended up not using the thing because it rained lightly and when kids tried to jump some weird cleaning agent caused slippery chemical bubbles..tried appeal to a man with a heavy middle eastern accent on the phone but was shut down with an uncaring and rude attitude The driver was rude as well, just demanding payment balance when we asked him about bubbles. They offered a discount for next time but I will never use them again...they are one of the cheapest and you know what? You get what you pay for. read more

We ordered tables, chairs, and a bounce house. The day before our party a representative called us to confirm and advise if it rained we could cancel the bouncer and just get the chairs and tables. The day of the party its raining and a guy with a heavy middle Eastern accent calls saying if we don't take the bouncer he won't deliver the tables and chairs due to "regulation."
