I cannot overstate how exceptional their service was from start to finish. The scope was significant: we rented a huge 20x40 commercial tent, 100 chairs, 10 baguette tables, Chiavari chairs, lights, linen, and more. The challenge was that everything needed to be carefully placed on our newly painted basketball/tennis court without a single scratch. The team at Party Palace went above and beyond. They actually set up all the equipment a few days early at no extra charge. This was a game-changer! It allowed me to strategize the décor, visualize the seating arrangements to ensure family dynamics were perfect, and alleviate so much last-minute stress.
