Sirhii and Nick were the ones that came gave a quote and later installed the seven steps. They did a great job installing the steps. They also repaired certain parts of the railing, by cutting and replacing steel pieces and by welding them. In other words they were equipped to handle the job, and also with the knowledge to do it. The second day Nick came and painted the whole thing. We are very happy that we had ETD do the work. Now for the cleanup......Nick came with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner to clean everything. Great job ! I almost forget Alex, he kept me updated on every step of the job. Great overall work. I do recommend Elevate Tent Design Vito in Brooklyn

I was there long enough to…read moreneed them to re-cover the original awnings they installed, so they did 2 jobs for me at that home. In 2004, I needed a small awning over a back porch at a different home, and because of my previous experiences, I called them to do that install. Each time, I was completely satisfied with their work, installers and pricing. It may or may not make a difference to anyone reading this review that I have done a bit of contracting work as a "house-flipper", so have both a fair amount of knowledge and understanding of contractors. While this does not describe my experience with Metro, sometimes contractors drop the ball...they respond slowly or fail to call back. I generally give someone a 2nd chance, but after that...I move along. I have had good experiences, and while I am sure there are other reputable awning companies out there, I see no reason to "re-invent the wheel" and try some unknown entity when it comes to awnings in the future. As a matter of fact, I just referred them to a roofing contractor friend, which is what brought me to their site and prompted this review.

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
