The first female Arcadia City inspector complemented the quality of Nolasco's work. This is a family business since 2008 with efficient technical work by Aidan, Juan, Francisco & Luigi. The use of a pressure regulator Francisco discovered a low reading that was corrected by replacing the old one...to protect pipes at risk. I would highly recommend Nolasco for other single family homes in need of repair and maintenance. They also applied for the permits required and patiently answered my questions. He didn't just fix the original leak, he thoroughly inspected the entire gas line and found a few additional leaks that could have become much bigger problems. He repaired every one of them. What really impressed me was his communication throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing, showed us videos of the leaks and the repairs, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. I never felt left in the dark.
