Also at one point there were 4 girls living in this house too and a very awesome ex-boyfriend who put up with us. So on Friday night I got a call from my 11 year old saying mom... I clogged the toilet and ah F****. Those are words you don't want to her. Called all my contacts to find out well crap, they are all traveling for other service calls or on vacation. So cue the google search and poof. Precise Plumbing text me with in moments of a general inquiry. NOTE: I was stubborn and held out in hopes it would clear itself for 2 days......Now don't get me wrong I was willing to go snake my lines by renting a machine, but who the hell wants to spend their Sunday doing that. We spoke about pricing which for a service call on a weekend and on a holiday that some celebrate was extremely reasonable. He asked me some main questions about the clogs, and if I saw water flowing out the main drain line of the house. Luckily I knew all this doing this day in and out. He then said his tech would be here in 45 minutes. Ok, cue the distrust in that statement and most would assume. BUT.....Holy cow he was here in 20. Prompt on time. Alfonso (oh lord I can't remember his name and this was 10 minutes ago) introduced himself and got to work. Sadly the reality of the situation was that we knew the toilet had to come off the floor for the line to be snaked. This part is always loud, but POOF drain clear. He pulled back some wipes, which in the kiddos bathroom. Alfonso cleaned up everything upon leaving and even swept the floor. As we headed out to purchase a new garbage disposal, my hubby Chris checked out a few places on Yelp and I noticed a few of my neighbors had referred Best Defense Plumbing. Chris called them and left them a vm. Mike from Best Defense called back in a couple hours and asked for pics of our garbage disposal, space under the sink and our addy. He said he was available on Tuesday but texted us back and said he actually has availability tomorrow (which is today: Monday 12/27/21) between 10am and 12pm. This morning we received a text from Mike at 1015am and confirmed his tech, Matt, will be here at our residence in an hour. Matt arrived at 10:39am. He wore a mask and took his shoes off every time he walked into our home. He took a look at our garbage disposal and the new one. Asked us a few questions about wanting to use the same pieces to match and went right to work. He completed the job at 11:40am. We now have a working garbage disposal. We received invoice from Mike via email and paid via Venmo. This experience was easy and efficient working with Best Defense Plumbing.
