But they were more than willing to ask for more money when the scope of work changed. They ended up getting their business license suspended for a time. State licensing board got involved, Delatorre Septic promised to repay my the down payment, then they ghosted the state agent. I had to make a claim with their surety bond for the down payment, which I just won the claim and the bond company ended up paying me. Do not do any business with them. They ignore your phone calls and emails, "forget" to call you back, submit permits in what looked like crayon, and don't show up to meetings. Avoid at all costs.
