Their initial estimate was for a smaller system so I requested that they provide an estimate for a larger system. The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Initially I was surprised by this but since it was a larger system and it was still able to be powered I did not have any issues.

I had quote from another company that quoted me $360+ to do the job but said I would not have to pay if they weren't successful. I went for the lower cost one and prayed they would be successful. And they were! Called and gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving. My appt window was 10-12 and they arrive before 11:00. The 2 guys were friendly and professional and got straight to work. All 3 things were unclogged and they were on their way well before 12. They also let me know that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and likely needed a new wax seal. They offered to do it but said it would bring my total up to $350! :/ I opted not to do that as it's easy enough to do on my own.. wax seals are pretty cheap to buy and otherwise it's just time and a little lifting. All in all, I was very happy with the service and the price. But this is also same day of the appt so I'll give it a week or 2 to make sure all clogs are really cleared. For reference, this is the first time I've ever needed a plumbing service to clear any clogs so I'm hoping we shouldn't have any issues moving forward
