I would give Daniel and his staff zero stars if I could. Wow, where do I start?? I'm going to totally bypass alot of issues here to get to the main point. 1. Very dirty and unprofessional, 2. Breaks all the rules 3. Very spiteful and unethical when he doesnt get things done his way. Bills me $240 dollars for clogged baby wipes....WOW!! My toilet was clogged and I asked my rental property to have someone come look at it so Daniel shows up with his son. The day he shows up and while he was fixing my toilet something happened in our buildings pipeline and plumbing issues occurred, water leaks all happening (during the same time Daniel was fixing my unit), affecting floors 2,3,4,5 and 6 which is my floor unit and we were asked by my building manager not to use any water or toilet whatsoever. He also instructed daniel to take my toilet off and to make sure he doesnt put it back until the next day approximately afternoon time. While Daniel was working on my unit he says it's baby wipes and that he will only charge 100, if I pay 'cash', otherwise he will charge 120 and bill it to my rental property and they will bill me. I wasn't convinced it was completely my fault, I mean the building manager had their plumbers fixing things the same time Daniel was fixing mine so how can he just point the blame on me? But he does and in the invoice he states that it can ONLY BE MY UNIT and no other..... wow!! Really??? The lower floors of my building is affected with plumbing issues and only *I can be the one???* How do you even come to that conclusion?? especially after having me call my neighbor to come home from work so he can unclog my toilet through his unit because our plumbing is connected and it's easier for him (btw, this is a huge liability) my rental property told me he should have known better than to do this. Wow, there's so much that happened this day that was so unprofessional but I wanted to point out that he's very dirty and unsanitary in his work mannerism. He placed his dirty gloves all over my belongings, one time he put them right on top of my estee lauder make up bag, on top my clean towels, when he left my bathroom at the managers request he left sewage waste and everything just dirty and gloves on top on my things. Not only was he and his son wearing unprotected shoes around my place but when he left he was walking around with the auger (commercial snake) just unprotected, sewage water dripping all over my carpet and where ever else it was dripping! I mean come on! That is so unsanitary but just down right digusting and unprofessional! Daniel came as he was in the area to take a look and give me an estimate. Now our house is old and pipes and things are not in good condition. So when he came to take a look at our clogged bathroom sink full of water, he said its an easy fix but with our condition of the pipes would make it harder for him. But he still said he can do it all he needs is to get the part. He quoted us a fair amount as he said they dont make this type of pipe which he figured around it to fix it. Pleased with the job and how efficient he got it done. He also helped with another leaking problem on another sink outside the house. Very nice and friendly, although there might be other people pricing a bit lower, I was satisfied and happy with his work, and confident he fixed the problem well. read more

Daniel came out late in the day to help with our shower handle that sheared off in the on position. We had to shut off the water to the house. Nothing about the job came easy. BS, I had a drained kitchen sink, drain Daddy workers came a week later and after two fricken minutes of sticking a line down the drain they pulled out some food and wallah fixed. Next thing I know, I get an invoice for $130 and requesting that I get it in within 4 days from day of email. BULLSHIT ! That's expensive just for something that was so quick for them to do. We were very satisfied with Drain Daddy. We had already contacted a couple of plummer's with no responses. We received a call back the next day and a appointment was made for the following day. He came promptly and fixed our plugged drain. The bill was very reasonable, also. When we had another issue a few weeks later, he came and fixed that right away. I asked what we owed and he replied, nothing. He said it was the same drain, so there would be no additional charge. That has been a few months ago now and we have had no further issues. It took Daniel a swift 10 minutes to clear my bathtub drain and he was extremely polite and tidy. She said the company was very busy during this holiday week but sill managed to have a worker (Matt) come out for a quote. He was here 15 minutes after i spoke to Misty! WOW. Matt was very enthusiastic and friendly had me laughing the whole quote. His quote was very fair priced also said he can do it in 2 hours. so sick! Off of positive vibes we went for it.
