It wasn't primed and it looks like someone just used a can of rust oleum to paint it and it's already peeling. They mounted the saddlebags with zip ties. I was told that the bags were leather, as I requested. They clearly are not. They mounted the bags on backwards but put them on correctly after I brought it to their attention. They rewired my 3 way taillights because they said they were wired wrong. Now the left brake light doesn't work. It worked before. They did a brake job on it and left me with a bad front brake. Their response was that I should just stop by downshifting. To be fair they finally fixed it. I ordered an led headlamp and they mounted a standard one. They finally replaced it with the correct one. The only things they did correctly the first time was mount a cup holder and a new horn. They had my bike on 04/18/17 and They "completed the work on 07/21/17. In the beginning I was told it would take two weeks max. While I was at their shop while all this was going on I met a guy who had three of his bikes there since February and they hadn't even touched them yet. I was just glad to get my bike back and just wanted them to repair the brake light. I was willing to settle for the substandard work on the bags and frame. But since they've been paid over $2000 in full they (specifically Tommy Creal, the owner) are avoiding me. Their shop has been closed. They have s sign on the door saying closed for remodeling which is bullshit. Their phone has a message from several weeks ago saying they were going to be closed for 4 days because of a backload of work. I've left messages on that phone and their message phone with no response. I've sent emails. I even taped a note over the keyhole on their front door asking them to call me. I went back the next day and the note was gone. Still no response. I am looking into taking action against them through a credit card dispute or small claims court.

They have a wide variety of apparel for both men and women, which made browsing even more enjoyable. While I was looking through the ladies' section, a staff member came over to check on me and ended up helping me pick out a few items. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. It wasn't until I went to check out that I learned the store had been closed the entire time. Even then, they never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience. They still allowed me to complete my purchase--something I truly appreciated since I'm from out of town and always pick up Harley shirts for my boys who collect them from different states I travel to. They could have easily turned me away, but instead they went above and beyond. This dealership delivers top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!

Instead of a team-oriented dealership environment, it often felt like a place where negativity and gossip were the norm. Another major issue was the clear favoritism toward family members who work there. The owners' kids are employed at the dealership and appear to receive significantly better treatment than regular employees. They are allowed far more freedom, appear to work far less, and are compensated better than staff who are expected to carry the workload. It creates a frustrating double standard that makes it difficult for other employees to feel respected or valued. For a brand built around community and loyalty, the internal culture here doesn't reflect those values. I hope leadership eventually recognizes these problems and works toward creating a more respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers.

I was dealing with Kat (the saleswoman) and told her what I needed to get for my bike on a trade. She looked up what the bike was worth and what they were selling for in the area and did not think it would be a problem. I told her I would get back to her. I left and a short time later I reached out to her to see what she could, if anything, on the price of the bike I was looking at and run some numbers to include the trade. A little back and forth and we came to an agreement. She sent it to me but said she had to wait until Monday to get confirmation from the sales manager or the general manager, both of whom were out for the weekend at an Indian convention. Monday came and she reached out to me to tell me her general manager agreed to the deal. I thought all was good to go. But, on Tuesday (I believe it was) enter the sales manager, Cody. Apparently, he overrode what they general manager agreed to and said they had to "back down" on the deal. So, I had to start again. Turns out I had to pay 600$ more than originally agreed upon. The one thing he said sums up his whole attitude, "I can sell that bike all day long at that price, and we haven't even got to the season yet". Oh, they then put my trade up for sale for more than 3 times what they gave me for it. What a shame. Now when people ask where I got the bike, I tell them I bought it locally but that I do not recommend going there. First thing I did was take off the Gina's license plate holder. If it had not been for the fact that I really, really, wanted that bike, I would have definitely walked away (ran away). Dealing with Kat and Tammy (the finance lady) was a pleasure, but that was the only bright part. Also, absolutely no follow up from anyone.
