So with this also being connected to Park Forest police who tries to use people's accidents or people being stuck in a ditch. To their advantage so they can meet their "buisness" quota , and or make there police buddies look good as well for putting people into their money trap . Luckily me and my family was able to get the car out of that piece of shit ass yard. And gladly they didn't get reported to the news for the actions that I went through on MLK day . With Park Forest Police as well as Coys towing place . They prey on people who get into accidents on the backroads . should've just left myself in the car and waited on my insurance to pull up . But police are supposed to respect your wishes and help right ? Not help themshelves and their crooked ways of thinking. But God don't like ugly so in due time what goes around comes back around . I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.

Eventually, we were able to get up with them and have them come out to help my husband with his flat tire in the school parking lot. The guy who showed up was reasonably quick and polite, taking the spare tire from our backseat and replacing the flat within 5 minutes or so. We were then able to drive the car directly to a Firestone to have the tire more permanently replaced. My husband reported that the wheel squealed during the 10-minute drive to Firestone, and I have no way of knowing whether that's normal for a spare tire. But hey, this guy was reasonably fast and courteous and the job got done. Thanks. I didn't consider $50 to change a tire a significant amount of money, especially for people like us who know nothing about auto repair. I found it a little odd that they charge you an extra $5 to pay by credit card. These days very few people walk around carrying physical cash, so it seems like most people in our position wouldn't have the option of going to an ATM, if they had a flat and were stranded by the side of the road. But, whatever. Even a $5 surcharge isn't that important.
