They also offer pretty well for trades and not to mention, the staff and the owner are very fun to talk to about just about anything gaming or Pokemon. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The storefront looked boarded up with wood covering much of the exterior, and it was so dark inside that I honestly couldn't tell if the store was open. Once inside, my girlfriend's son politely asked the employee behind the counter how much a pack cost. The employee responded with, "I can guarantee it's more than you have in your wallet." I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that was, especially toward a kid. That's not the kind of welcome I would expect from an employee. I then told him I wanted to purchase three Prismatic Evolutions packs. He looked at me and said, with an attitude, "You know they're like $20 each, right?" I told him that was fine, but the interaction left a bad impression. What should have been a fun and memorable experience for the kids turned into an uncomfortable one because of the poor customer service. I spent $100 on 6 packs of cards and i was going to buy more cards but didn't want to give them anymore business. I won't be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Half of the store looks like the game area which is also huge. They have a good amount of MTG and Pokemon singles. Nothing have prices, so you will need to ask. The employees seem knowledgeable in their own little specialties. Prices are around market for pokemon, no surprises there. I also like that they have booster packs for older pokemon sets, that's kinda rare these days. Also plenty of TCG supplies on the floor.

I've been there many times and have seen integrity in action over and over again. They are all very professional and courteous people. Very knowledgeable and upfront with their knowledge and experience. I trust very few people but I definitely trust them. Their selection is outstanding and they price items reasonably based on current market conditions. The store is clean and well organized. Their inventory is diverse. My favorite part is thumping through the numerous value boxes. I have many excellent examples of quality vintage players. Some graded, some not. They were stocked to the brim on pokemon, I haven't seen so many sealed product all my life. Everything is market of course. They also had other languages for pokemon like Japanese and Simplified Chinese. They had tons of singles, all in these shoe boxes. There were a lot of people when we went there so it was a bit difficult to sort through things. They also had a case of singles and a lot of Sports cards as well. People were nice and welcoming.

The person who seemed to be the owner was rude, arrogant, and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Instead of being welcoming, he made the entire environment uncomfortable. There was even a family with kids in the store trying to enjoy themselves, and his behavior completely killed the vibe. It's honestly embarrassing to see someone run a business this way. After looking at other reviews, it's obvious this isn't a one-time thing--this seems to be a pattern. If this is how you treat people, don't be surprised when customers stop coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of better shops out there that actually respect their customers.

(Which my daughter cut her foot on one of them) Hit me with a hidden $150 for their misquote and if I didn't supply the manpower to help unload on the delivery side, they were going to nail me for an additional $190. Also, and most troubling....the table is completely out of level. The issue was not a big deal, almost expected, but what was not expected was how much the employee was able to help. Feels great to finally find a game store that still cares more about the customer than ripping off normal people. These guys are great and the prices seem pretty reasonable, especially compared to other places. I don't know if he was an employee or the owner, but I just wanted to thank Tommy for helping me on both of my visits and made me feel like I found a new game store to call home.
