We got the 3 people meal for around 39 . it brought almond encrusted chicken, BBQ pork rice, wonton soup, Mongolian beef and sweet n sour pork. I find this restaurant as authentic as it can get. Flavors were on point and the service was nice and fast

They are owned by a small family, really hardworking. They cook everything fresh so you can ask for more or less spiciness, salt, or, oil, and they certainly can take out any veggies or ingredients you don't like.

Food was horrible. I've had better Chinese food in the mall. Everything tasted very processed, sauces tasted like they came out of a jar.

Good Chinese Food, it was very fresh and the sweet and sour pork had large chunks of recognizable pineapple and the sauce was great.

I've eaten in many Chineses restaurants here & abroad, & the food here was Damn Decent.!!! I was here last night, Nov 03 '23. I had the beef & tomato chow mien, the Thai chili prawns, & a spring roll. The s roll was mediocre. The B & T chow mien was v. v. good. The beef was everywhere- @ 1st I couldn't get enough noodles, there was so much damn meat. When I went for the noodles, my chop sticks was Always puncturing the sweet, TENDER, beef. The tomatoes were lightly sauted, fresh & substantial, & not to leave the onions out, lightly sauted & a hint of sweetness. The Thai Chili Prawns was also damn good. Lots of Prawns, lightly sauted, & a decent flavour, & the veggies were tender- even the green peppers. The lady who took my order was v warm & friendly. I have Never seen or heard such happy, joyous & V. Courteous customers- it had such a friendly atmosphere. There were so many thx yous, I knew for sure that I was in CANADA. Despite the sign saying " Service is Food Court style", ie. grab it from the counter. She brought my meal to me. In most ways, order & pick up is probably the way to go. There is almost No Ambience, but the tables were clean, & the general atmosphere was so warm & friendly- though the air temp was on the cool side Pay ca$h & save 10%. ENJOY.!!!!!!!!!

We will not be ordering from Fortune Kitchen any more. With our recent order, the vegetarian fried rice and special fried rice were greasy. The deep fried prawns were soggy. (they did not have sauce on top of them so that is not the reason) From reading past reviews it seems they used to allow up to 2 substitutes in the dinners for 2, 4, 6. (at a charge) My husband asked on the phone if we could substitute 2 things and the person he spoke to said no they don't do that. Not worth the $80 spent for just 2 of us.

We ate what would normally be a $100-$125 US meal for under $80 US. It was awesome. We got so much food - it was ridiculous. We ate quite a bit and saved the rest for leftovers. The servers were super nice and sweet. Very family friendly. We found our new go-to spot in Vancouver, B.C. Also, if you give it a little time the parking isn't too bad. Dinasty also stays open a little later than most restaurants in town, making this a viable option when in a pinch for food but running late in the day. Will absolutely go back next time in town. Thanks for having us. Comparable to Dough Zone or Din Tai Fung, somewhere right in between with quality and cost. Everything was yummy.
