No breaker or fuse was thrown or burnt out. 12 volt didn't kick in. No electric, no water, no nutin', but the power was still running the greenhouse and shed. (???) We called Tim and Ed (at Brothers RV Repair) after a number of other useless calls. We had happened to save their info from a post on FB "Rogue Valley Sales" group site. They answered immediately, pretty much had the situation figured out before we were off the phone and brought every contingency measure that they had at their disposal to alleviate our concerns. They got here within an hour and a half, looked it over, checked connections, output and such, fiddled with converter, replugged in the power cord and "Voilá", back in business! What a RELIEF. They stayed ample time to talk to us to make suggestions on what we might want to do to so it didn't happen again. Their knowledge was great and pointed out the general problem, which wasn't theirs to repair, (power pole). But we got good working information we felt very confident about. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They are HEROs in our book.

From my initial contact with Third Eye, Marcus was easy to talk to and asked me questions to make sure he understood the situation. When he arrived, one could tell that Marcus was very attention to detail and approached the problem methodically. You can tell that he was very experienced in the workings of RVs. In our situation, we were working with a Vroom Slide Out system that was upgraded 2 years prior. He worked with Vroom to understand their system uniqueness and had me back on the road quickly. We had lunch at a very nice restaurant walking distance from Henderson's. A few weeks later, the toilet began leaking and our floor vinyl started bubbling from water damage. He returned a few months later, removed the screws, replaced another seal, said a hose was the issue of why it was leaking when it has never leaked until after he screwed in the toilet, and reinstalled the toilet with even more screws (now two on each side). He charged us $100 for that visit. The toilet is still not secure and feels loose again. We are concerned about improper installation and floor damage. I have contacted them and they said they will not be coming back out to repair any damages, Danelle was very unprofessional over the phone and said she will not be giving us an invoice of what they did to our toilet because they did the service for "free" when we paid Billy $100 cash. We wish the issue had been fixed correctly the first time but that was not the case. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who hires this business to repair there RV, we just want the issue resolved on our trailer that we still are currently paying off. Tory then followed up and replaced the needed parts so we could get ready for our next trip. He gave us additional parts and educated me on the tools I may need while RVing and took the time to show me around our newly purchased RV.
