I was warned by 2 reputable mechanics that he has a pretty bad reputation in town for not knowing what he's doing, especially when it comes to electrical and plumbing, which can be a huge liability and can turn out very expensive when someone is spending a lot of time troubleshooting!! I'm truly shocked that he has three 5 star reviews. I personally don't think they're real, as my experience was the complete opposite of positive. We had gone online and the prevailing wisdom was that it was the breaker. We called and the gentleman that came out looked at the area and said it was a controller issue. He did zero real investigation under the trailer so we determined that this gent did not either want to do the work or was not sure what he was doing so we decided to send him on his way. He still charged a visit fee. Conversely when we hit Bend we found At Your Door mobile service. NOT the controller, was a breaker and by putting amperage meter on it we got it diagnosed correctly and the repair was made along with another issue that he discovered that affected the slides.
