While he had our rv he did a front-to-back walkthrough for a checkup and found several repairs that had the wrong size parts or wire gauge or fuses. Instead of properly repairing the flange, he said he installed a new seal and drilled long screws…read moredirectly through the toilet base into the floor (we never approved of him doing this). A few weeks later, the toilet began leaking and our floor vinyl started bubbling from water damage. He returned a few months later, removed the screws, replaced another seal, said a hose was the issue of why it was leaking when it has never leaked until after he screwed in the toilet, and reinstalled the toilet with even more screws (now two on each side). He charged us $100 for that visit. The toilet is still not secure and feels loose again. We are concerned about improper installation and floor damage. I have contacted them and they said they will not be coming back out to repair any damages, Danelle was very unprofessional over the phone and said she will not be giving us an invoice of what they did to our toilet because they did the service for "free" when we paid Billy $100 cash. We wish the issue had been fixed correctly the first time but that was not the case. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who hires this business to repair there RV, we just want the issue resolved on our trailer that we still are currently paying off.
