The first time was a full set done by a tec who said he lived in Las Vegas He was very nice and job was fair so I came back for a fill. This time by the Dragon Lady herself. She was very nice and accommodating at first.... Then a customer came in for her brows. She immediately started rushing though my job. I even tipped her in cash. Later at home I could see the nails weren't filled close to the cuticle and she didn't put a uv topcoat on. So, I came back a couple days later and do the top coat for me. She was very rude but put the topcoat on. But because very unfriendly. This lady needs to check her attitude and not take her customers for granted. read more

We went in for pedicures and the younger girl who works there was so rude to my girls. She had an attitude with my 9 year old daughter (it was her birthday mind you) and my 8 year old daughter the entire time. Never once offered us water or anything but a group of white ladies walked in and her entire attitude changed and offered them drinks or snacks. When my mother in law was paying she was telling the younger girl, who she was paying for and the younger girl had an attitude and rolled her eyes.. AND WE STILL TIPPED HER. We had to bring my 8 year old daughter back bc her toes got messed and she (the younger girl) decided it was okay to yell at my daughter about her toes. My aunt yelled right back and told her we will pay for it, just fix it. They did not charge us. (I was not there otherwise I would've cussed her out) Probably the worst experience which says a lot because we used to come here all the time. Won't be going back. The one pictured is the one who I'm talking about that had an attitude and was rude. Completely unprofessional. read more

They were so nice and the place was so clean. Henry and Kyle did our pedicures and they did a great job. They took their time and did a great job with the massages. Disappointed! We had appointments for pedicures and had someone else decide to join us. After her sitting there while we got our pedicures, the "extra" person decided not to have a full pedicure and just get a nail color change. The male who was helping her seemed irritated. A female came by and said it would be $10 and then he changes it to $20 because it is "$10 to soak". I understand we brought someone without an appointment but to charge $10 to "soak" is ridiculous. This place IS HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUN! DO NOT COME HERE! or come here if you wanna be cussed out, kicked out, and HAVE WATER THROWN OUT of YOU. They use newbie unlicensed workers on people and treat you horribly if you complain about their bad job. I took my mom there and the manager mistreated us and called us crazy ONLY because we asked her to file the nail. After that, she kicked us out and started ANGRILY to take off the nails, damaging the finger. Afterward, she went outside as we got in the car and THREW WATER AT US!!!! while yelling insults. Honestly, I don't think you're ever so desperate to get nails that you should go here. Not only are they careless and unethical with their job, but they're horrible people. I used to frequent this place a lot. The owner was always nice and staff were always kind and did a great job. The last 3 times I went , I had technicians that I did not recognize. Seems to be a big turnover these days. My nail tech was very rough and cut me. He did not even clean my cut and after my nails were done he just simply got up and left. I am in healthcare, not cleaning a cut is bad news for a salon. This is my last time! read more

Went in for a pedicure, the lady doing it was being trained, that's fine I get it, but ask first if I'm ok with that and give a discount or something. One of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I even upgraded the pedicure to get the one with the scrub to get off some of my calluses because I've been hiking a lot and they're all still there. She bumped my nail with the gel light and acted like nothing happened even though it left a big mark on my big toe. The inspector came in and half the girls disappeared. $70 for a job I could have done better at home. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I asked for a French tip pedicure. 90 minutes later and they didn't clean under my nails, scrub the bottom of my feet, and never put the white tip on. I ended up leaving after 2 hours with an incomplete pedicure and they yelling at me to pay $35 (even though the sign says $30). DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID!!! read more

Never going back. I walked in to get some gel polish removed while I'm in town so that I can paint my nails on my own for an event. I had beautiful long nails that I was growing out and without asking me, the man starts to file down my nails and cut them in a square shape. They looked horrible (even though they didn't have any polish) and then when I went to pay, they tried to charge me $15 to sand off my polish. I told them that my other nail salon charges $5 so they dropped it down to $10. I will never go back and you shouldn't come here unless you want to overpay to have your nails ruined. read more

By far the worse experience at a salon I've ever had. I asked for a very simple manicure which was a white base with a gold glitter ombré (see first photo). I have gotten this style before at other salons and it has never been an issue. The nail tech rushed through putting the glitter on and made it look very crappy and complained about how hard it was. He tried again and again and it just looked worse and worse. Although I was very patient and polite, he started getting an attitude and blamed me for the nails looking bad. Next, he blamed me for not putting my hand in the UV light all the way (which I definitely did because I always make sure the purple light is on my fingers and you couldn't even see my wrist due to my hand being so far in). He took my hand out of the UV light too soon to do his next task and a lot of the polish came off. He then removed all the polish and re-did my nails while huffing and puffing and aggressively slamming his equipment on the table. He also really hurt my cuticles, cutting them and making several of them bleed. I understand that happens from time to time, but not on every other finger! So I paid $50 for a manicure that is just okay and my fingers are hurting. Only come here at your own risk. read more

I usually don't like to voice my opinion on the internet, but I could not let this slide. I came across this new nail salon with the intention of them providing me a service worth paying for. I came to get my nails dipped, plain and simple. The short guy in the salon had did my nails, I didn't even ask for much! My nails came out horrible, the surface of my nails were very rough and bumpy. To top it all off, he was very rough with my hands! NEVER again will I let him do my nails. I made an appointment for 5 pedicures (2 adults and 3 girls) We arrived and they were ready and waiting for us which was nice. I requested the Dragon Spa pedicure with regular paint for me and my daughter's just got the kids pedicure. My friend who was with us requested the same pedicure. They had to remove the gel from my toes, but my friend still finished 20 minutes before me and her nail tech barely massaged her feet/legs. When she started to paint my nails she started doing gel even after I had told her I wanted regular paint. When we were paying we mentioned my friend had paid $40 and received a 20 minute pedicure and I paid the same (plus $15 for the gel I had not asked for but got anyway) for a 40 minute pedicure. Her nail tech got super aggressive and loud to where it was very uncomfortable. When I got home I noticed the 2nd coat of gel polish was a different shade and you could see the shade from the 1st coat on the perimeter of all my nails. I appreciate the owner giving me extra stamps, but why would I want to go back to a place like that?!?! read more

Your Customer Services needs improvement!! Three of us had an appointment and was seated for our pedicure. Two people started on my daughter and granddaughter right away, while I waited. Tim got done with his client and immediately started on my pedicure and did a fantastic job! However, my daughter's pedicure was in process and the person left her without saying anything and started working on one of three non-colored persons that had just walked-in for pedicures. After my granddaughter and my pedicure was done, we started talking about how these 3 walk-in people were all being worked on while my daughter was still waiting to get completed. Then, a young lady who had been parading around the entire time, came to finish my daughter's pedicure. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We had appointments but got pushed back for some reason. We were going to get manicures but decided to forego them as well as tipping. I personally tipped Tim as he had EXCELLENT customer service skills, and I will go to him again. Your customer service is lacking! I gave 3 stars on the experience I had with Tim, but you lost business and would have got one star from my daughter for her experience. read more
