Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. Takes 3-6 weeks to experience the full effect. Would totally recommend this place for Dysport injections!

They are open to texting of all things, yet when I asked if they could call me instead to go over the booking details, they asked me why I wanted them to call. Rather than put their nimble fingers aside and have a quick conversation, they offered me a refund. I was hoping to find a date and book in order to give this company a chance to show their true colours, but their "conflict resolution" of being quick to return our money did that instead. I wish I could give this experience 5 stars, however we never got anything positive to experience from this purchase. Trinda is a smart, pleasant lady and it is a pleasure to talk with her. She did my French manicure with gel, hand massage and cream and all for $ 40. She even came earlier just to accommodate me and to not "ruin my day off". If kindness has a name it should be called Meenu. She is very warm, welcoming, kind and on top of that my eyebrows came out perfectly. All in all, I am happy to discover this little hidden gem and these wonderful ladies. Going forward, this is the place to go.I am highly recommending this clean salon and these wonderful ladies to everyone. I really do not understand the negative reviews. But no improvement, my whole hair is damaged permanently, I feel like crying. Paid over $300 to ruin my hair. My hair texture has changed permanently to squiggly but coarse, bumpy textured pieces after japanese chemical straightening; it's been almost a week since with no improvement from trimming + coconut oil hair masks... Please don't go to Paul despite how many good reviews he has. Clearly he doesn't know what he's doing. I showed my hair next day & how bad it was, he didn't even offer to help. He just said on my fact, it's my "responsibility to maintain" !!!.. I think I watched too many YouTube videos of people with amazing results - totally brainwashed now I'm spending so much time and money trying to find ways to fix it! If only part of my hair was damaged, I wouldn't feel this bad but every single strand of my hair to permanently damaged. I went to 2 salons and both said my only option is to grow new hair & they can't help as too much chemical was used. Thanks Paul for ruining my hair while I paid for it !!! Both times before traveling down south. The product he uses is way better than any other products I've experienced. Even after straightening and spending a week on the beach and swimming in the ocean my hair is not brittle and dry. The straightening actually lasts until new hair grows out, no one wants to spend over $200 and have frizzy hair a couple months after. I am very happy with the price I paid and the result.
