Had Icon Rocklear applied by Dragon Auto, absolutely no regrets. From the very beginning in reaching out with interest, their sales rep, Sean, communicated well and was easy to talk to. Noah and Jen are true pros, they take a ton of pride in their work and really do their best to tailor to the needs of their customers. They sent pictures as they worked on the car and provided accurate time estimates throughout. They make your car look great and make you feel taken care of in the process. Will definitely bring them and vehicles I own in the future!

Noah and Jenn are both wonderful people that are clearly passionate about their trade and expertise. One visit with them in person confirmed what I had already seen in their YouTube videos. If you have any doubts, schedule an appointment to go meet them and you will realize it for yourself. They did not try to pressure me at all, and were more than happy to talk about why they truly believe in the Icon Rocklear product. Thank you Dragon Auto!

This is our second time going to Dragon Auto and they do not disappoint. My husband makes the appointment, but I go with him when he takes the car in and when he picks it up. The first time we went to go see Noah they were working from a home garage and I am not going to lie I was skeptical, but our telluride looked great after her undr dog coating. We were going on the 5 and it was pouring down and the water would just come right off so I know they did an awesome job. 4 years later, not thinking twice we brought in our ev9 to their shop to get the rocklear coating and she looks even better. Noah and Jen have great communication and answer any questions you may have. They treat everyone so kind and do not rush you out. You will not regret giving them a chance.

Initially saw the ad on instagram or facebook. I conducted my own research and interested in the product. Reached out via instagram and Chris(online sales rep) contacted me minutes after I requested a quote. He was very friendly and prompt to respond to any of my questions. I got a quote for both a car and truck I planned on buying. Shortly after purchasing the truck I reached out and they scheduled me a week out. Turn around for the truck was 1 day! On day of scheduled drop off something had come up last minute and a tech was unavailable to receive me at the scheduled 1pm time. Thankfully Chris reached out and told me both Noah and Jenn were going to help me out with the drop off with only a 30 minute delay. Great recovery btw, love the customer service. It was awesome meeting both the owners and they were super informative of additional questions I had. Watching the videos prior to drop off was very helpful and I recommend watching their content on YouTube. So far so good! Took the truck out camping, off roading on some easy dirt trails, take it to the park...etc. Clean up after was super easy as I just sprayed her down with a hose, then used the detailing spray they provided to wipe down the truck. When you initially wipe it down it may feel like the Rocklear is catching the microfiber like sandpaper to a rag, I used the detailing spray as a lubricant to clear dirt after hosing. After wiping the surface once with the detailing spray, it doesn't feel like wiping sandpaper anymore. Probably little bits of dirt that got stuck while the material was curing. My service included the Icon Rocklear application, ceramic coat trims, rims, and all glass. They used a wheel shine from Undrdog that lasted the whole 30 days before the follow up inspection. On pick up day they gave me a bottle of spray detailer(definitely watch the video of this, super easy to use) , a big microfiber cloth that felt premium, and a breakdown of dos and don'ts while the product is curing. If/when I go through my midlife crisis and get a sports car I am definitely bringing it here right after I pick it up from the dealership. Love the service, keep up the great work! I got the Icon Rocklear back in January 2025, and I have waited until almost May 2025 to write a proper review. I'll make it as short, concise, and finance-oriented as possible. I'm an engineer with an MBA, and I like to clean and mechanically maintain my cars with my hands as much as possible. I own three at the moment: a Toyota Rav 4 Prime, BMW i3, and BMW Z4. I have owned three others in my lifetime. Icon Rocklear cost = $2-3k, depending on the car. The estimated resale value of the car you will retain over time will depend on the vehicle's overall condition. Let's say you make an effort to keep all the electronics and mechanics of the car in good condition, but if you don't take care of the paint, you will lose a considerable percentage of the car's resale value just there. Humans are visual people. If you seal the vehicle with Icon Rocklear right after you buy it, it will look pristine new for 10 years with proper care. Icon Rocklear will reduce the effort to keep your car clean by half. Consider the dollar amount of your labor cost, supplies, and visit to the cleaning bay. Cost per wash = ($Labor/hr*2hrs+$10+$10) = $30/hr*2hrs+$20 = $80 Cost per Year without Rocklear = 14 Washes a Year * $80 = $1,120 Cost per Year with Rocklear = 7 Washes a Year * $80 = $560 The IconRocklear will pay itself in 4 years, without counting the vehicle's resale value, which will depend significantly on its current market value. And the reduced life stress of having fewer things to do and fewer things to worry about (car paint under the scorching sun) is invaluable. If you love to drive a nice, clean car and plan your finances long-term, it is stupid not to get Icon Rocklear. It also seals the deal that the owners are extremely nice and honorable people, that is very rare these days.

Got the Icon Rocklear service done on my Honda Accord at Dragon Auto and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even though it's not a luxury car, Noah and the team treated it with the same level of care and effort as any high-end vehicle. From the start, communication was excellent. I received a response less than a day after requesting a quote, and every step of the process was explained clearly and thoroughly. The attention to detail and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. I've been following Dragon Auto for a while now, and it's great to see how much they've grown while still providing such high-quality service. Highly recommend them if you want to protect your car and keep it looking its best!

Came back a month after getting the Iron Rocklear protection on my 05 for a complementary wash and touch up. Noah , Jen and the crew took care of the "Old Timer" like it was their own vehicle. Would definitely recommend this shop for all your detailing needs. Check them out.

My car has never looked better! I appreciate how fast these guys work and they do a good job explaining the product. I never felt pressured to purchase anything super expensive or felt like I was being bamboozled. Prices are reasonable with dragon, i'm glad I stumbled unto their social media page.

Before my Porsche Panamera even arrived, I spent weeks researching paint protection film (PPF),…read moreceramic coating, and detailing shops throughout the Bay Area. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Thank you, James and the entire Supreme Detailworks team, for treating my Panamera as if it were your own.

You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

Instead, the next day I brought it in and after they fiddled with it for 2 hours, flooring it with timing CLEARLY *way* off, climbing around in the engine bay, their feet catching on lines (one which i reconnected, I haven't had the capacity to investigate further, not gonna lie..) they told me they couldnt and didn't know how they had been connected prior (not even a pic or anything) so after guessing (also thinking some reason the FIRING ORDER would be somehow changed from what it would be for this engine??? Does anyone know of a 7.4L that doesn't fire 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2???? Or a 7.4l with cylinder numbers different?????) I helped them out it back to how it had been when I drove up. Got it back about a mile away and let it sit Now it wont stay running because after it taking a second or two to start up (it fired up instantly before, even on cold starts, part of why I EXPLIXITLY EXPLAINED that I didn't want to touch it unless I had someone that fr sure knew what they were doing, as it was running amazing), it bogs down and rpms go up and down, the engine dying, and wont remain running. Lunching violently if i try to drive it. I'm glad others have had better experiences, but from mine, this was the epitome of everything ive ever feared about an auto shop I take that back, they didn't end up charging me. So they aren't *the* absolute worst.. and they weren't rude or anything about it, so I am appreciative of that The gentleman I interacted with on site was professional, kind, and considerate. He was not as knowledgeable about this particular service or engine or how engine firing order works as I would've liked, nor was the mwchanic. But we all must learn in order to know. I just wish they hadn't done it on MY truck. When I know how to do it, it doesn't have to be done at this moment, and I am between jobs with limited funds and already overwhelmed.. *** Update: I found out why it was having new trouble - he had pulled loose a cable for the egr and air flow..
