They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two!

The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. The pool smart team completed the repair the same day, and everything is working perfectly. Solid choice. Look no further!

I called back from a different number the next day and a woman answered and said they did not show up because they were not paid. My experience with paying people is that they would need to come out and perform the work before this happens, so the confusion only adds up. They only seem interested in big pay days, and if you need a basic repair, they will not show up or even notify you. Oh yeah, and then they blame you because they have challenges showing up on time. Chris will come across like a "nice guy from Utah, running a family business", but please don't be fooled. If they don't want to show up, they won't. I reall like supporting small businesses, but this one doesn't care about wasting your time. Please avoid at all costs. See picture below of the photos I texted to them a few weeks back, my question about why they never showed up, and that they NEVER RESPONDED back, as I already mentioned. Sorry, they're lying. Unprofessional, sloppy work, paint on our house, landscape stone, garbage left in our pool. Used our hose, got paint all over it and just tossed it in the yard. This is all with the owner on site. He took a 3 day process for the deck and crammed it into one day. We said repeated, no hurry on this, we just want it done right. We have to move on from this nightmare of a company!

They send a crew that "gets it to the best they can" leaving the homeowner to clean it themselves. We had selected the Midnight blue upgrade with horrible results. See photos. They told us the same "brush it twice a day for 3 months" that didn't work at all. They came back to acid it wash it twice and the results were so bad they chipped it out and replastered. We even downgraded the color to French Gray to increase the success of receiving an acceptable outcome. They just replastered again, trashed the yard and planting beds and ripped us off on the cobalt blue glass beads we paid extra for. This company is dishonest (especially Tony) - He offered to upgrade the glass beads for free if we bought his guys lunch, which we did, he then asks to be compensated for the glass beads when their done. They trash your pool fittings and then slap some glue on it to fix it. Again, sheer incompetence as the glue wasn't applied to a clean joint and then lapped over the pool shell. Today they replastered again. Gave them the plan in the photos, discussed with Mike twice including earlier today, and this is what we received for the $3600 we paid for the glass beads. I can't go into detail because it is not our property to discuss. I will say that there will be meetings and a demo. There were several technicians to do the installation. There was a lot of constant motion in and out of the electric wire room. They were also in the Garage as well as the Hangar. It was a bit hectic, but we managed. They know their stuff. It is always better to be safe. Leave it to the Professionals. Thank You to the Supervisor, Dion, to oversee things for us. Employee turnover is not something that they deal with; I've seen the same technicians for years. We've always been satisfied with their work. And I am sure we will be contacting them for jobs in the future.

My pool builder hired Murphy Electric and I paid for an upgrade to a 50amp subpanel vs. the 30amp…read morethat would be standard for my pool build. - To add my 50amp pool subpanel breaker, they had to move and combine some others. Well, they upsized two single 15amp breakers onto a 20amp tandem and put it into a slot that didn't support tandems. The panel door has a diagram showing where tandems are allowed! They did eventually come out and install a 15amp tandem in the right spot, but it took weeks of pestering my pool builder to get the electricians to even contact me. - I paid for a 50amp panel for future additional use vs. the 30amp standard. They ran 8 gauge copper for the 173' run. Similar installations call for 6 gauge at that length due to voltage drop being outside of NEC standards. After weeks of unanswered questions they showed the wire is rated for 50amps, but have not produced a voltage drop calculation that I've asked several times from two levels of management over 2+ months to prove that I can actually use the future capacity upgrade I paid for. Based on my experience, I will not use Murphy Electric again and would not recommend them to others.

He was friendly while being very professional. He deduced that pump #1 was disabled, which caused the spa not to work. Antonio said he could replace the pump, but first, he wanted to see if there was a reason it wasn't working. He found the wire leading to pump #1 was lying in water and had a small break that caused the breaker to flip. Instead of paying for a new pump, I just had to pay for a new wire to pump #1. It's very nice to have a repair person who looks for the most inexpensive way to fix your hot tub. I will continue to do business with AG Spas!

I contacted them when I received itemized bill and noticed $150.00 was not credited to itemized bill. I was told that was not the case and that no credit was due to me. I know for a fact I was told $150.00 would be credited by office and technician. I would not recommend them and if you do hire them document or record what ever they say.
