Even though, I'm very satisfied with the quote, and that I was told that I would hear back from them in two weeks because of their busy schedule, I got skipped over and never heard back from the estimator. Good customer service starts with honoring your word; I'm left wondering if DENR BUSTERS is more interested in BIGGER QUOTES and BIGGER BUCKS than serving a $200.00 one. I got as far as getting the seat bottom out before I couldn't get any further and I went to do a search on the internet. Nick responded quickly, got the seat back out [rusted screw and washer, removed the two bolts that held the trunk lock in the rear panel with a 2 foot extension and got the trunk back open and remounted the tim panel. Ivan offered the quickest (1-day) turnaround and was willing to do an outside-only repair to help me reduce costs (i.e., not opening up the interior panel to facilitate pushing or knocking the sheet metal from the inside). He stressed that would be the preferred process but I just didn't have the funds or time to do that. Ivan understood my needs and graciously tackled the dent with all of that in mind. A little more than an hour later he had about 85-90% of the ding pulled out. I totally understand that the only way to get it 100% smooth is to approach from behind the sheet metal but I am completely satisfied with the scope of this effort at half the time and ordinary cost.
