I am truly impressed with the repair -- and the attention to detail in the service -- that I got at Premiere Collision Center. My car was damaged during a windstorm, with a deep gouge scraped across the front fender and hood. Premiere not only gave me an estimate that was hundreds of dollars less than other quotes, but let me know that their work comes with a lifetime warranty. The repairs were done precisely on the timetable they estimated. When I came to pick up my car, I'm not exaggerating when I say my jaw dropped. My car had not just been repaired, but given a flawless detailed cleaning inside and out! It literally has not been this clean in YEARS. I regret it has taken this long to write the review. We had a great experience using Premiere Collision Center. I was the driver involved in the accident. Although the accident wasn't my fault I was still overwhelmed by the experience. Premiere worked with us at every step. They also assisted our insurance company providing all documentation necessary to keep the insurance checks flowing for the repairs. They found additional damage during repairs several times and worked seamlessly with the insurance company for the additional payments. Armando did an exceptional job on the car's body work. We were beyond thrilled at the absolutely beautiful repair job. We had plans to replace our car but decided to keep it because we were exceptionally happy with the car's performance and looks. Premiere Collision Center is a rock solid company. The bumper/fascia of my old car fell off on a rough dirt road. I expected that it would be a costly time consuming repair. WRONG. Within 20 minutes of my arrival to the shop, Armando clearly explained and showed me a diagram of the small bracket to be ordered, the time it would take to repair and the cost. This is my second time with Premiere Collision Center and again I am so thankful for their good work. Something on the inside of the driver side door snapped off and a new panel for the door would have cost over $500. Because my car is old (that's why it broke), they instead reattached the piece with screws for a much, much lower price the same afternoon after I stopped by in the morning. Great business! I stopped in on a Monday morning (after hitting a pole that caused a significant front end damage). Premier Collision Center promptly gave me a written estimate for the work, even offering a student discount for UA students. I got multiple other estimates from other body shops in the area, and Premier Collision was the lowest by far, and they also did an amazing job. When one of our cars required significant work after someone had backed into the passenger door, we called several places for estimates. Premiere offered the best prices by far. And the results were fantastic. You couldn't tell that anything had ever happened to the vehicle!
