My car was involved in a hit and run when I was parked at a store that messed up my trunk and front bumper as it hit the curb in front of it. Needless to say, I was in total frustration and brought my car here after attempting to "fix it on my own" thinking I'd save money. I worked with Jessica who not only gave me a quote, she also worked with my insurance after I made a claim and walked me through the entire process. She gave me updates on my car and everything!! I usually don't do much reviews but for the sake of others this time I will . I had a horrible experience at caliber collision center . I left my vehicle there on September 8th and picked it up unfinished on November 3rd . They had so many excuses when it came to getting the car done . First they order the hood wrong twice .Then decals on the car were also ordered wrong . So now I'm still waiting on the decals that they claim will be here in a month . Monica was not the easiest to get a hold of but the worst of them all was Susie the front desk lady . The last week before I picked up my car Monica kept saying for 2 weeks they were working on the decals and putting them on . I ran out of rental from my insurance . So I called this lady Susie on an attempt to get a hold of my adjuster because I just wanted to just pick up my car the way it was when i learned it was gonna be a month until one missing decal arrive . On my second call she said the same thing she had offered before , to leave a message. I replied you've taken a message before . I asked her , when Monica was not available who could I talk to . I asked if there was any supervisors or management available , she said the manager was on a meeting . I asked for his number but she refused stating her phone line was the only line of communication. So as anyone that's gonna make a complaint I asked what her full name was and she proceeded to say Susie is all you get !! and hanged up the phone on me as if she was some kind of angry teenager. This is a horrible person to have as customer service representative. If they dealt with me like that I can't even imagine how they treat other people that might actually be irritated . Susie was irritated because I called her twice in one day but they had my car for 2 months . Totally unacceptable. This place is just HORRIBLE . I wonder if real upper management and owner knows how their employees are treating people that are bringing their business thousands of dollars . Don't trust your vehicle to caliber collision center if you don't want to regret it later . where do I even start? first of all I did NOT choose this place due to the fact some moron didn't tie down his pallets which subsequently smashed my car so I was dealing with his insurance. Everything seemed fine until I received a call about 2 weeks of you having my car and was told that a detailer had smashed my bumper and my headlight causing even MORE damage to my car. The guy said it would be another week and they would fix it on their dime so fine. Upon picking up my car a week later after the quick inspection with the rep he sort of hurried me out of there. when I got home and looked a little closer I noticed the paint job on the damaged portion of the vehicle (the panel above the door) had been completely missed paint. So the lady at the desk said I could take it back and you would fix it. That's great until I noticed that I had forgotten to take out my tire inflator and jumper cables from the trunk since they weren't in my garage. When I opened my trunk to my surprise those items were missing. I immediately called Travis who I had been working with to tell him about the missing items and he told me he would call back after checking the bay where the tech that was in charge of my car was working. 48 hours and no call back. After looking at the paper work I was forced to sign to get my car back there's a section in there about how you are not liable for things that are stolen while in your possession. Well that's an instant red flag because it makes me question the type of low life hoodlums you must hire there since that's something you have to put in your terms and conditions. I will be reporting your shotty work to the BBB and luckily for your tech since I signed that paper work I won't be able to call the cops and report theft. I will go out of my way to report this on yelp and anywhere else that would make a complete difference in the outside business you receive. Luckily for you, insurance companies will continue to send unsuspecting people to this joke of a body shop because what real choice do they have, and you will continue doing incomplete work and ripping people off. I will go out of my way to NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will most likely tell my story so this will get around as much as possible. read more

paint had chipped off my driver side front bumper from initial repairs..took it back thankfully they have a lifetime warranty on paint but I guess not workmanship ...i mean why would they if it's done so poorly. I was promised full paint on the entire front bumper so it wouldn't happen again and now it looks completely uneven..so thanks but no thanks caliber collision off Broadway.. if you want uneven patch work there you go ..best of luck! read more

Unfortunately, my car got hit in a parking lot one night and there was a bit of damage. The girl who hit me was nice enough to come find me and admitted to hitting my car (this is an important detail for later). On a whim, I decided to call and make an appointment for a quote from Caliber Collision -their receptionist was extremely helpful and overall very hospitable and friendly. Upon arriving for my appointment a few days later I met with Geno, my service manager, and he was awesome! I could seriously go on indefinitely about how easy he made the whole repair process. He was extremely personable and it was very clear that he knew what he was doing. I am a student from out of state and I will be returning home (over 1k miles away) in a matter of days now. Upon telling Geno about my somewhat urgent time window he assured me that he would make sure my car was done well before it was time for me to return home. Honestly, I would say he under-promised because not only did he get it back to me before my flight home, it was ready for me the evening of the day after I dropped it off! I received calls updating me about my car while it was in the shop, and Geno maintained complete transparency with me and the girl who hit my car (as we were both in communication with him) about the cost of repairs as well as the progress being made on my car. At the end of it all, when the girl at fault went to pay for the repairs made to my car, Geno gave her a "Good Samaritan" discount for being honest with me about hitting my car! Getting repairs done after an accident has the potential to be an extremely miserable experience, but Caliber Collision made it completely painless and arguably pleasant. We live on the far Northeast corner of Tucson. This body shop is closer to the downtown area. Being new to Tucson and clueless where to take our pickup for some damage repair, we decided to accept the recommendation of a person we trust even though 25 plus minutes of travel (across town) were involved. This is one AWESOME body shop!! First we noticed how clean and organized everything was. The entire staff was extremely polite and professional in their manor as well as dress. The waiting room was spotless and we were waited on without hesitation. The estimator highly suggested we let them repair rather than replace the damaged parts on our truck. I am 77 years old and had my share of collision repair jobs over the years, but this has been the worst repair experience that I have ever had. My 2021 Mazda CX-30 was hit by a car backing out of its spot in a Walmart parking lot on July1st. The front door on the passenger side was hit and had to be replaced. The other driver's insurance company, USAA, who paid for everything, recommended Caliber Collision. I dropped the car off at the shop on South Palo Verde Road on July 11, 2022. The work was not completed until October 24th, 2022. That was after being promised completion on three separate occasions in October and then being told each time that the car was not ready. I had to change my schedule three separate times all for nothing, in anticipation of a pick up. The second problem was that Caliber required me to drop off the car before the necessary part was available, even though the car was still drivable. I have never had a body shop follow this policy before but thought I would go along with it, since I figured that the part would be available soon enough. Was I ever wrong. First they called to say that Mazda wouldn't have the part available until the end of September. At that time they told me it would not be until November. They claimed to check with Mazda dealers outside of the Tucson area but did not come up with any results. On September 9th, I contacted a Mazda dealer in Washington state, who didn't have the part but gave me a list of at least twelve dealerships across the country that had the part in stock. It was only after I passed this list on to the service writer that I heard that the part was on its way. I can only conclude that the people at Caliber were not very aggressive in getting the part for me. So my car was unnecessarily held hostage at Caliber for four months. The only saving grace is that USAA was willing to pay for a rental car that I could have over those four months. When I finally picked my car up, it was just before closing time and the sun was in my eyes and it already was starting to get dark. The paint job looked good enough, so I signed off on it and took possession of my car again. However, when I got home and had the garage light on, I discovered that the car was absolutely filthy. Now I had this car only 6 months before dropping it off, and it was still in brand new condition, inside and out. When the car came out of the body shop, there were grease marks all over, scuff marks on the inside side panels, dirt in the windshield wiper wells, and the engine was covered with heavy dirt and dust. Leaving my car there for four months had certainly taken its toll. And the service writer told me that they had done detail work on the car. I can't believe that your people had the nerve, lack of pride, or whatever to give the car back to me in this condition. If it were my business, I would be totally ashamed. With all the body shops that I have ever worked with, the car came back in the same or better condition than when I dropped it off. I could have called the shop the next day to have them make it right, but I have no faith that the necessary detail work would be done in a timely manner or that it would be done well at all. In short, I was glad to get the car out of their hands and had no desire to let them get ahold of it again. Therefore, I am taking it to my own detail shop to have the car cleaned up at my own considerable expense. I am not a complainer, and I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews, but I am writing this in the hopes that I may save other people the same disappointment and frustration that I went through. read more

We were recommended by Geico to have our car repainted her after wind damage. A year of fighting them to have it repainted due to poor workmanship and/or faulty paint we have no resolution. We have been forced to drive the car there to show the faulty paint 3 times. Two times they said it was normal... finally the third time they agreed the paint job was crap. Our gas money and time driving 40 min there and 40 min back. We finally get a time scheduled and are asked to push it back to save them money on a rental so we kindly do. We are told to bring it in the following week, we call to confirm before coming in today. "we don't have a rental for you, we would have to pay for a rental over the weekend when we aren't able to work on the car. Bring it in Monday." I work Monday... do they care?
