Don't do it. These 5 star reviews are sus. Learn from my mistake. Whatever amount of money it would…read moreappear you might save by going here, it is not worth it. If you've been to this place, you probably noticed that it looks disorganized and unprofessional. That's because it is. The only thing worse than their lumpy, wavy, crooked, leaky body work is their paint. Orange peel, drips, brush marks, contamination, missed spots, overspray, unfinished areas. Hand prints even! The longer I live with it, the more problems I find. Then there is the damage they inflict. Broken, missing pieces. Tool marks on the glass and trim. The only thing these guys are good at is lying. I agreed to a quote that included full replacement of the quarter panel and a full respray. Several weeks after I was told it would be ready, I went to check on it and found that they had decided instead to just hit it with the hammers and a whole lot of mud. It looks awful, and it leaks around the associated window. I was still charged the price quoted for replacement of quarter panel. I also had to drill out the taillight to get it to fit back on. It was just left it hanging with the 1 bolt they could get lined up. Then there were the things they simply didn't finish. I had to source clips and reinstall exterior trim that they couldn't figure out how to attach because nothing lined up anymore. I had to finish buttoning up the interior and removing the masking and finish polishing areas they missed. I really can't think of a single thing they did well, other than being dishonest about the whole thing. They did excel at that. If you really want to save money and don't care too much how it looks, you're still better off taking it to some guy your brother-in-law knows that will do it in his backyard for a case of beer.

They say that if you do work yourself, such as your own patch work or have huge dents they will show up in the paint job. They say that if there's a lot of dust on the car or if there's a lot of things sticking on it it should be cleaned. I made sure to watch and vacuum the car and washed it Twice. Ivan offered the quickest (1-day) turnaround and was willing to do an outside-only repair to help me reduce costs (i.e., not opening up the interior panel to facilitate pushing or knocking the sheet metal from the inside). He stressed that would be the preferred process but I just didn't have the funds or time to do that. Ivan understood my needs and graciously tackled the dent with all of that in mind. A little more than an hour later he had about 85-90% of the ding pulled out. I totally understand that the only way to get it 100% smooth is to approach from behind the sheet metal but I am completely satisfied with the scope of this effort at half the time and ordinary cost.
