He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store.
