The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. I definitely recommend ITC for any repairs your technology needs, their operation is highly organized, efficient, and courteously grounded with enthusiastically thorough communication and admirable professional integrity!

I live in a new Lennar build here in Ontario so I was worried how wiring would work when it came to…read moreinstalling ethernet ports that extended from one room on the second floor to the guest bedrooms. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

With high gas prices and stocking issues, being able to order goods and services on-line is essential. Being able to work from home is becoming the norm. But if your computer has a mind of its own, expensive "fixes" that often don't work (or that you don't understand) can be a non-starter. I am writing to introduce Abhishek Goel, my 'secret weapon' in dealing with computer issues. I told a friend on the UCLA faculty that I was having computer problems and she immediately gave me Abhishek's phone number. The rest is history. He responded right away, he was able to come to my office and look at the problem and HE FIXED IT! On the spot. And explained what he had done. And his bill was a bargain, compared to various fix-it guys I have used. AND, unlike me, he's always in a good mood. What more could you ask??? * I had a recurring issue with my home office in San Francisco sending meeting notices that disappeared into trash, although I had no idea where they went...or why. He fixed it. * Because my system is elderly I occasionally have had issues using older versions of Quicken and Microsoft Word. Abhishek easily sorted out my Quicken problems and installed a newer version of Word. Occasionally I forget how to do something in Word and I'm able to call or text him, ask for help and immediately get it. * Twice, when I upgraded my iPhone, Abhishek went with me to the store to be sure I got what I wanted and needed and what fit in with my previous phone. Abhishek is a resource that I rate A1, FOUR STARS or The Oscar for Best Computer Service. Kay Tornborg, Executive Director Flora L. Thornton Foundation
