After much trouble, we did not wind up using this company for our insulation.
Their salesman offered us a service that their installers ultimately refused to perform. Relying on that offer, we undertook expensive and invasive carpentry and electrical work, only to have the installers show up and say no.
After negotiation, the salesman and manager produced a new contract including the rejected work. We signed, but they stalled again, saying they still had to get it approved further.
Losing confidence, we asked for, and received, our deposit back and had the work done by someone else.
Some advice: do not accept their contract as written (something like "install magic silver starlight fairy dust insulation system"). Get it itemized in careful detail, line by line, task by task, material by material. read more
